Been here for a good part of three years(2013 – 2016) and I must say the quality of the apartments have been on a slippery slide down, which was one of the major reasons for me moving out. The management has changed hands(thrice) and changed Names from Meadowood to Oxford at Estonia but I have to let apartment hunters know that the place is at best average with what it offers to what you pay. Let me break down my review so that it helps future residents. Management Team — This has been the main reason for my displeasure, the front desk team have their hands tied and pretty much cannot help with the prices. I was willing to renew my lease for the fourth time but they had zero consideration for an old resident and I was quoted the market rates for my renewal, which is more expensive than the market price if you do a quick google search around this area. Their main team manager onsite Ashley(I hate to single out a person) was the most snobbish and did not consider any requests. This was surprising as I have a lot of co-workers/friends in the same complex paying a much lesser rate per month for the same unit. They used the«weekly rates» quotation which they get from their corporate office as an excuse not to make any change to their rent. Their callous attitude and behavior was the main reason we had to immediately give a notice to vacate. After a fortnight’s time I started getting mails with a new lease price with discounts but by then I had found a much nicer/newer apartment. Here are my pointers for things in the complex — In the Unit my unit was the A2 but I have seen all their units(friends/colleagues around the complex) — Pretty much okay — it has all the basic apartment requirements anything extra(microwave/washer-dryer units) will cost extra or an «upgraded» price. Be careful and ask for a bed-bug treatment as most units have bed-bugs/spiders/roaches which one must be careful of and the management may slap the blame on you if you report this after a month or two. Facilities on the Complex — Washer Dryer(3 washers and 4 dryers) out of which some are broken /not working for most of the time and the dryers never«dry» your clothes in one cycle. Gym — Bigger than most apartments but the equipments are dated and are not maintained well. Bear in mind this may be closed depending on the whims/fancy of the management. This is not 24⁄7 — open during 9 am to 10 pm only and sometimes closed Sundays. Swimming Pool — They have two pools on either side of the road — the office side is the better(busier one). One thing that ticked me off was outsiders using the pool during summer and cleanliness during the peak time of use was not the best. Maintenance Team — I feel they are decent but are overworked as they take too much time to resolve some issues which may need additional parts, i’ve had instances where a leak on the bathroom flush took more than 10 days to fix — they trim the lawn/surrounding areas each Monday but the waste/garbage bins overflow each weekend. Garbage Facilities — This is something new started by the management for a price. The waste collection Team present on Campus but they do not come Fri-Sat so the common garbages overflow come Sunday. Safety and Security — This part was good in my first year but this has now gotten worse as the gates(vehicle entry) when broken take almost a month to fix which is scary. The person entry gate are mostly not working or are open /broken most of the time. I had colleagues have their car broken into and the management taking no heeds to this. The boundary railing fence also take ages to repair and the one opposite to my unit is still broken(2 years !!) The only reason I was there for this long was proximity to work and colleagues/friends, but the management has taken undue advantage of that and are inconsiderate to your requests most of the time. I would look elsewhere before signing a lease here.

Lived here from 2010– 2011, on the side of the street with the office and pool, on the 1st floor in the Cyprus model. I loved: the open kitchen with plenty of cabinets, the washer and dryer area being in the kitchen, the dual bedroom closets, the garden tub, faux wood in the wet areas, and the price($ 650) What I didn’t love or actually hated: I constantly found rolliepollies on the carpet near the walls(it was the weirdest thing and biggest mystery as to how they got in there), there wasn’t a linen/towel closet in the bathroom, maintainance was very slow the one time I needed them(my door handle broke off, which is one of those things you can’t really put off fixing) I had to bug the office for 2 or 3 days before they fixed it, I got a cat while here and there wasn’t anywhere unobtrusive to put his shit box. Overall the experience was alright, it was my first apartment and it did its job.
