I had a very unique computer issue that NealTech Solutions helped me with this week. TJ, the owner, was kind enough to open up the business late at night to help me with my situation. He not only treated me with integrity but he was very kind as well. I never felt I was putting him out & I’m pretty sure he enjoyed helping me. It was a really wonderful experience & I would (and have) recommended this business. Thanks TJ for not only taking good care of me but also reminding me that there are good people in the business world.

Legit!

This review is late, but I it’s important I write this.
I bought a computer to take my online courses and it decided after 2 months to not connect to the internet, either by wireless or through my internet cord. I took it back to Best Buy where I had bought the computer and they said for another $ 300 they could fix my computer, but they weren’t sure what was wrong… why would I pay for that? They couldn’t even guarantee their product within 90 days, needless to say I was frustrated. Finally I called around and called NealTech and they offered to come out to my apartment for $ 15 and look at my computer for a free diagnostic check. He came out on time and let me know what the problem was (a virus attacked my internet ports) and said he would take it to work and have it ready by the next day. On top of that he cleaned up all the extra BS that Best Buy piled on my computer, so now it is running faster and I can connect to the internet! All for $ 104!
Prompt, quick, friendly and professional service, I honestly was so impressed and happy with the service I would recommend them to anyone I meet.

Kind of hard to find as it’s not visible from Rittiman but from Melton. But service person was knowledgable, helpful and merchandise price (wireless router) was reasonable.

My wifi just died and I had been trying for 5 days to hard reset it, type in my ip address, and pick up a signal again.
I even bought a new wifi router and that didn’t work!
My mother was down my throat every day and night about how nothing worked so I caved and called someone up. Couldn’t stand the idea of her calling up Nerd whatever from Best Buy based on crumby reviews.
Just searched for IT services on my Unilocal app and up comes NealTech-​no reviews, no pictures, but in good distance. IPad 2 ready to swipe your card!
They also recycle old computers! And I shoulda asked about discounts now that I’m reading his business card. :/​They have military and student discounts!
The owner came to my house the same day I called and reworked my cable modem after I dismantled it in an attempt to make it work on another desktop.
So that’s all fixed but what about the router? Old one? He confirmed the old router was officially dead like I first thought. And the new router, wasn’t a router but a Ethernet Switch – so I got schooled today.
And my original fee was $ 40+ but because my router was super dead no charge for resetting it. So a potential $ 19.99 cancelled and $ 19.99 paid for travel and services.
The price was impressive! But the honesty and ethics were more so! He said we don’t charge for attempts like others would :3
Also be prepared for a professional car, professional dress, and he offered to order me a new router for $ 15 rather than me going to Walmart and spending $ 30.
ABC the right way. :3 I’ll be giving them a call or all my needs from now on.
