We specialize in the iconic food of Vietnam which is Phở, every item in our menu will be as authentic as possible. We are a Vietnamese restaurant without any infuences, unlike many other restaurant that contain Vietnamese food but focus on whatever taste good to Americans instead of the original form of the food. Our goal is to provide the utmost credited style of Vietnamese food as possible, and to provide a true taste of tradiitional Vietnamese cuisine that everyone that want to venture out and give them a try will acknowledge. History

Established in 2001.

Phở Ha Long which is based on the style of food originated from the Northern region of Vietnam, the Ha Long Bay. We wanted to shared the knowledge of our most favorable Phở Bowl into San Antonio. We had liltle financial sucesses but our regulars like us so much that once they acquire the taste for our soup almost everyone came back. We struglle through out the years but we cant just close down because it will dissapoint our regular who we seen almost weekly, because we a family run restaurants our regulars became attached, they are families to us all ^_​^.

I was born in Vietnam, my family escape Vietnam and ended up living in Hong Kong imigration camp for seven years. After that we were sent back to Vietnam and ran our small noodle shop in Quang Ninh. Because we were sent back America took pitied on us and decided to bring our family over to the state there we work ourselves up from welfare to open small businesses on everything we can. joined the Marine Corp, serve four years to this great nation that accepted us. Now we are here running Phở Ha Long, i love every minutes working and serving you all. Obviously asain caters are still a strange to most San Antonian so i cant promise that every will like us like those who does, but my family and i will promise that each every single day we work we will try our utmost best. My philosophy is life is plain and simple, i belive in a stand tall family that stay strong, i believe in respects that can only be given once earned! so we have the right to refuse serves to disrespectful individuals.
