Bought a 2014 Toyota Camry that only came with one key that was non remote. Priest cut me 3 new keys and programmed the remote key at a very reasonable cost. Priest Lock and Key are honest, professional, and reasonable. You can count on Priest for your lock needs, and I highly recommend them.

Stephen got here super fast and I live pretty far out. He was super friendly and professional and you can tell he takes pride in his work and knows his stuff. He is an upright businessman and, while I hope I never get locked out again, I will call him if I do. I was in such a bad mood about having locked myself out and his positive energy really lifted my spirits.

Writing a review because it’s important to know that these guys are legit. I lost my keys over the weekend and the only answer we could think of was they must be in the car. Of course nobody wants to pay a ridiculous price for a stupid mistake, especially when my car was sitting in front of my apartment and I wasn’t stranded so it wasn’t a «I’ll pay any price to get out of this situation» deal. I first did the mistake of googling, «Cheap Locksmith» to which I was met with a plethora of $ 10– 19 service fee sites. Decided on one who said they started at a LOW price but when they arrived quoted us over 4x the amount stated on the website. Once we refused he quickly dropped his price to half, (which was still a pretty penny) not feeling like I could trust him we said no to which he was very annoyed and charged us an extra fee besides his stated fee to come out here anyways. After that experience I felt like the whole Locksmith business was just out to shake you out of your money. I searched online then came to Unilocal. I saw that Priest Lock and Key had 5 stars, and decided to give them a call. This phone conversation was clearly different then the one we experienced before, there was no «estimated price and up depending on what tools I need to use» just asked what the issue was then gave us a flat fee. A VERY REASONABLE flat fee. Stephen arrived within half an hour. DIdn’t raise the price on us suddenly which I was scared would happen, and was very nice. He knew exactly what he was doing, and when we realized my keys weren’t in the car even helped us try to brainstorm other places they might be. We asked him how much it would be to make a new set and of course without an original key it’s a going to be pricier but still found the price to be reasonable. We spoke a little about our previous experience with the other locksmith to which he said sadly there are a lot of them out there who take advantage of people down on their luck. This is a shame since it gives gives guys like Stephen who are honest and run a legit business a bad name. Got the car opened, two keys made for under the price the original guy quoted us. Although I hope to never use Stephen again, because who wants to lose their keys, I’m grateful to know that if I do ever need a locksmith there are some good guys out there.

Stephen saved my butt! I needed someone to come out to my storage unit to cut off a lock, and it was very time-​sensitive because I had movers coming to move out of the unit. I called several other locksmiths, but no one could accommodate me on such short notice. I called Stephen, and he answered and told me he’d be over as soon as he was done with his current job.
Stephen arrived about 20 minutes later and got down to business right away. I watched him work in my lock while talking other calls and scheduling other appointments and answering device calls. You know how sometimes you can just look at someone and just know that they know exactly like they know what they’re doing? That’s Stephen. Super professional, fast, and great work. He finished with my lock and was on his way in less than 30 minutes. And he charged me less than the 2 previous locksmiths had quoted me.
Like I said, Stephen saved my butt. You could not do better.

best customer service ever! appreciated the quick return phone call, and we needed a special key that had to be ordered. Steven gave me all the information needed, ordered key promptly so that he could be at our place next day with the key. He was extremely helpful to get a key made for us as soon as he possibly could.

Excellent customer service. We used them for lock work in our house and they were (a) very pleasant on the phone (b) gave us a fairly accurate quote for the work © showed up on time (d) did all the work quickly and efficiently and (e) made sure that they cleaned up any sawdust they produced, chips or anything else and wiped down the locks and left them fingerprint free. and all this accompanied by very pleasant and information conversation.
Don’t know what the heck else they could have done (maybe bring me a good bbq brisket?) to make it WooHoo worthy!

I called because I was locked out of my home. I called and text my address and was told 45 – 60 minute wait and it’s been 3 hours. No responses after the second call to give my address. I know it’s the holidays, I know there’s traffic, but if you can’t do it, decline the services. I’ll never use this person again. He never gave his name but it’s the main 647 number. I like giving money to small businesses and this was a disappointment. Don’t use this guy!

I had three locks rekeyed at my house. The work was quick, professional, fairly priced and of excellent quality. I would highly recommend.

I had called around to different locksmiths all afternoon gathering prices. Priest was the least expensive by a margin of at least 25 percent. Eddie came out to replace a mailbox lock for me. He was on time (actually a couple minutes early), easy to talk to, polite, and got the work done for cheaper than initially quoted. The reviews speak for themselves, they have earned a lifetime customer. Highly recommended!

Although I didn’t get to meet Stephen, he is the reason I am giving him a great review! We moved into our new (ish) home recently and out of twelve keys we had cut by three separate hardware stores, only two of them actually worked. At this point we decided to give up and have a new lock installed. We called Stephen but he suggested we might save money by visiting an actual locksmith’s store and recommended the key-​cutter highly. It worked! So Stephen did not get our business this time around, but you can be sure that if in the future we need a locksmith, we will call him first.
