Got my windshield replaced. Only took an hour, Great service. They were very kind and professional people!!!

I called RNR on June 9^th and was told I could bring my car in the following Tuesday (⁶⁄₁₄). I dropped my car off when they opened and was told it could take a day or two, which was no problem at all for me. Two days go by and I didn’t hear anything so I decided to call and get an update. I was told, sorry, I haven’t even looked at it yet. I call back on day 3 and was told by Rick the owner that he’s been too busy but for sure will have it done on Monday the 20^th. I call on Monday to see if we are still on task and was told by Rick again that the car hasn’t even been looked at. Too many of his workers not showing up, being fired, etc. but he will certainly get the car back to me on Friday the 24^th. Low and behold I call on Thursday to see if Friday (now ten days later) will be the day I finally get my car back and I was told, you guessed it! «No one has worked on it yet.» I then asked where I stood in the pecking order and was told they are too busy being short staffed and working at the BMW and other car dealerships. Translation, I’m not a big enough paycheck for them to care about, so regular Joes get no priority here, even when given an appointment. 10 Days passed without a single person even looking at my car. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU IF YOU’RE NOT A DEALERSHIP!!! FIND ANOTHER PLACE.

I attempted to use R-​N-​R Auto Glass to replace the back glass of my 2001 Toyota Corolla this week. I dropped my car off with no issue between 8 – 9 as agreed on. At about 2pm I called to check the status since I happened to be in the area and would be for another hour or so. The woman who answered the phone informed me that I had ordered the wrong glass, the windshield instead of the back glass (which is completely missing due to the hail storms). She then proceeded to tell me that they had to order the correct one since I had ordered the wrong one.
I proceeded to ask what that meant for my car and if it would be done the same day. She said it should be done by 5pm. I was speaking to my ride informing them of the order being taken incorrect and the later time of the car being done when the woman on the phone began to raise her voice over mine to say that the order had not been taken wrong. And that I had asked for the wrong glass. And it was my fault this error occurred essentially. I attempted to speak with this woman further who just continued to be rude and raise her voice at me and tell me that the whole problem was because I did not know what I was ordering as apparent by how I said I needed the rear glass replaced and not the back glass. Which to a lay person would mean the same thing.
All said and done, I informed the woman that I would not be utilizing their services due to the unprofessional manner she had been speaking with me. She then proceeded to say «Great I will have your car moved around front» and hung up the phone. Not a company in which I currently or will ever be doing business with. There was no verification when I dropped off the car of what glass was being replaced and there was also no phone call to inform me of the error at all while they had my car. Just a completely unprofessional company.

These guys were on point, extremely fast and priced perfect. I will definitely return iff i am need of any glass work. I have since reccomended a few friends with all this hail damage and they have said it was great service as well.

Excellent service!!! Quality workmanship! The back glass on my Honda Pilot shattered. After more than 3 weeks of working with my insurance company and a different glass company, we found the correct replacement rear window part at a San Antonio Honda dealer. Janet was able to arrange the installation that afternoon allowing me time to drive from Irving, TX to San Antonio to have the repair completed that day! The service was the best!!! I would recommend R N R Auto Glass to everyone needing auto glass. It was worth the 8 hour round trip drive to have the work done right the same day.

The prices were very competitive, the windshield replacement was quick, and the staff was extremely friendly. This was definitely the best windshield replacement experience I’ve ever had.

Great service even on a busy day right after a hail storm! They were friendly and had my car ready as promised. Their prices are very reasonable. I’ve already recommended them to 2 friends whose cars didn’t survive the hail storm either!

I had a broken passenger window on my Yaris. Called R-​N-​R to get a quote of $ 165, which was much cheaper than some other companies I called. Went to the shop without an appointment and they were able to see me. They quoted me the same price in store and it took about an hour to finish. I would recommend them to anyone else. Tips: If you wear UTSA colors or school gear, you get $ 10 off! Also, when they replace the window, it doesn’t come with tint. So just something to think about.

Excellent work and customer service! They went out of their way to seal window and vacuum (without me having to ask) the shattered glass while waiting for window to be delivered the following day. Sets the standard on how all businesses should operate.

Boyfriend got a rock chip while out running errands one day, so after a trip to the HEB on Wurzbach we headed to this place. Took 30 minutes and they repaired it before it could spread, and we got $ 10 off for checking in on Unilocal.
A cool grey cat with no tail came and kept us company while we waited. He would jump between the couches we were sitting on to visit and get petted by each of us.
I have to get my windshield replaced, sometime soon, I keep putting it off. I will be using this company for sure.

Went in on a Monday as a walk-​in and took care of me very quickly that morning! Prices are much cheaper than the competition and they are customer service focused. Also they cleaned the interior of my car and left it smelling fresh which was unexpected. Said it’ll recommend! A+

AWESOME SERVICE! My truck was broken into and the rear passenger window was smashed. I called RNR and although they didn’t have my glass because my truck is news for they had to order it, they still took care of me the same day. They had me come by and they cleaned up the glass and crash wrapped the window to keep the rain and other stuff out of my truck.
They ordered my window and made an appointment for me to come in the very next day at noon. The next day was Christmas Eve and they were closing at noon. Well as luck would have it, I got stuck in line doing some last minute Christmas shopping and I didn’t get to the shop until 12:15. They were already closed. But when I got there, they opened back up and fixed my window so that I wouldn’t have to be without a freaking window during the Christmas holiday.
The folks at RNR went above and beyond what was required and really took care of me. And to top it off, they were 75.00 cheaper than my deductible.
Great service and great work. Can’t beat that!

Last week, I called Safelite and got a quote of $ 250 for a new windshield PLUS «a significant increase» to get it with tint across the top. Safelite also wanted to charge an additional fee to come to my place to make the repair. (Seriously — what is up with their fees?) Ridiculous.
I called R-​N-​R and they were amazing. The next day, they came to my business and easily did the repair with tinted glass for much, much less money than Safelite wanted to charge. They were professional and patiently answered my son’s many questions about the repair. The price was fantastic and the people at R-​N-​R made it perfect. I’m so happy to find a company I can trust to repair my glass in San Antonio!

I went in today to have my rear, driver-​side window fixed. I called yesterday to inquire about appointments and they even had times available that day (it just didn’t work in my schedule). Janet called me back an hour later to give me two quotes (since the fix could go one of two options) and to setup my future appointment.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and they took my car right away. The building isn’t much too look at and their waiting room is a little dated. However, it gives the company/​room a sense of charm. They also have their own masscot (an 11 year old grey cat that is super cuddly!) and refreshments area.
The overall process took about an 1 hour and 45 minutes. Everything was done correctly and they even took the time to get the tape residue off my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were extremely professional and friendly (in person AND on the phone).

Excellent service! My windshield cracked from a rock and I called RNR. They got me in the next morning and the job was done within 45 minutes. Looks brand new :)
Note: if you have cat allergies, you might want to wait outside. You may suffer a bit and leave with cat hair all over your clothing due to the cat (that I believe lives there).

First off: AMAZING. Everyone’s reviews are spot on-​RNR are just amazing. My car got a rock to the windshield on Tuesday and I had never had that happened before, so I Unilocaled windshield repair and found RNR. Janet took care of me and explained everything so I knew exactly what was going to happen. I made an appointment for Friday morning, got there about 15 mins early and they still took me in. And best part, it only took 30 minutes! I had brought my school work cause Janet said it’d probably take an hour/​hour and a half, but nope, just 30 mins.
I would say I’d deff visit again but I don’t want to jinx getting another crack in my windshield haha BUT if that were to happen again to me, or anyone else I know, I’d deff recommend RNR.

My daughter attends UTSA and got a rock chip in her windshield. From here in Austin, I googled a big name auto glass repair company and was quoted an outlandish price. I went back and googled auto glass repair shops again and found R-​N-​R. I had some questions, so I sent an e-​mail which was answered promptly by Janet. The price quoted was $ 49.00 and no appointment was needed. I drove down to San Antonio and spent the day with my kid, which included a stop at R-​N-​R to get the rock chip repaired. We were immediately greeted upon entering, our dog, who was leashed AND wearing a UTSA jersey was also welcomed to wait inside. Then I was told we would be getting a $ 10.00 discount that day for wearing UTSA colors (orange & blue).
We waited less than 30 minutes and the rock chip was fixed. They explained the process very clearly and what to expect. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I am so glad I chose R-​N-​R.

Well this is an interesting predicament. So the person I was performing middle-​man services for asked about certain parts of their window being damaged. R-​N-​R was asked about those issues but I think the role got me in the ‘blame game’. A simple question as to whether or not something can be done, or followed-​up on, etc was posed to R-​N-​R and something as simple as saying ‘no’ turned into what I felt was a throw on me.
I essentially felt as though I was the one to be blamed for checking everything beforehand when I specifically remembered that the plastic trash bag used to cover the window was pulled out and an enormous amount of water came out of it (from the rains of course). The only review I did on the window was really on the replacement piece since as I mentioned in my initial review, the question of whether or not it was the correct part came up. Being in the middle of a meeting, I did not have time to check every detail prior to it all being done. Maybe I should have; however, even if that was the case, then please don’t play the blame game with me because what I initially viewed as an easy response as either «Yes, we can come look.» or «Yes, we can fix it.» or «No, sorry we can’t.» didn’t turn out that way. I don’t appreciate deflection & I certainly don’t appreciate it from someone who provides a service that’s paid for.
