The Rolling Pig started almost on a dare. I love to cook and feed people so a friend said go for it you can do it! Well I love a good challenge and The Pig was born. Pork is loved the world over and there is so much you can do with it. We love pork you should too!

I grew up around food & restaurants. My grandfather was a chef, parents owned a few restaurants. We just cook, it’s what we do. I began cooking at 9 on the big stove in my parents Upstate NY restaurant. I was hooked. I have travelled the world and been cooking ever since. I love everything and constantly try and hone my skills. You can never stop learning.
