Rowley Reprographics

I hired Rowley Reprographics through Elance … had a logo that needed to be designed. RR communicated very well with me, responded to my suggestions while never losing his handle of the project, and came up with a great design I’m really happy with! He’s creative and thinks outside of the box. Very talented! Many thanks!

Complete fraud, I called him just yesterday to get a design done and he insisted it would be complete by 5 p.m. that afternoon. He actually did good work for me in the past so I figure I’d try again. I check in with him close to 10 p.m. via email because I have yet to hear from him. The next day he calls me and addresses me by a wrong name, in good spirits I laugh it off and tell him my name (I figure he’s busy with plenty of clients). He insists he wants to speak to this other name and I remind him of the design he was working on for me.
He then pretends the signal is lost and hangs up. I attempt to call him back and got a voicemail, and when I txt him he responds with «I don’t owe you anything.» The guy is nuts because it still includes texts from the old work he completed for me yet denies he’s working on a design. I am very upset and this is actually my first negative review ever. If anyone wants a copy of the text exchange to certify how unaccountable he is just contact me. He is rude, immature, and you will end up wasting your time.
