I’ve called them at least 5 times and they’ve yet to answer the phone. I left a message 3 of those times. I have not received a callback. I decided today to physically go to their location so I fought the traffic on 1604 around 3 PM coming and, obviously, going. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said GONE TO THE BANK, BE BACK SOON. I’m not sure what their definition of «soon» is but after nearly 30 minutes of waiting, I left.
This is no way to run a business. You ANSWER your phone. You RETURN messages. You DO NOT do back runs during business hours unless you have a second person to cover the office! I know this is basically a turn-​key business but for Pete sake, you are a BUSINESS!!! Act like one!!!

Wow, hands down this facility blows all other out of the water. I needed a large storage for my business and small office to work. Not only did I find both but I got a great deal. I highly recommend San Antonio Self Storage!
