Out of all due respect, they are very nice and polite but aren’t completely honest with their customers. I called in to see if the work I had done here previously was covered under warranty. A manager told me they’ll honor the warranty, aren’t too busy, and to bring it in so they can work on it right away. I leave my car there for a week and it was not touched at all. I called in a few times for updates and a guy will respond with, «Oh, we are about to pull your car up right now!». He used this same exact line at least 3X on me over a span of 4 days. Probably with others as well. Right. I stopped by after work to give him the benefit of the doubt and saw that my car was just sitting in the parking lot collecting dust. I took my car back.
TLDR: They lie about progress and will keep your car on the back burner if it falls under warranty work. I hope they figure out a better way to keep their customers.

They damaged my vehicle and refuse to do anything about it, continue to state the insurance company is handling but they will not give me the number to the insurance company. Jeff (owner) keeps telling me the insurance company is going to call me this week for 4 months, will not give me the Insurance company phone number so I don’t believe he even has insurance; this has been going on sense February 2015 they have an F with the BBB.

This place is great, really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will give recommendations on additional services but they will by no means try to «up sell» you. I will be coming back here for all service and work on my SUV.

What can I say about this shop? They are an amazing set of guys that run the place. The owner is great, the mechanics are top notch. I take my cars there for all my repairs and I have never had a problem. They offer payment plans if you are strapped for cash. Free towing too.
They service all types of vehicles and will get it done in short period of time, they know that a car is important.
