I got coffee and I waited for two minutes. The service was great and the pumpkin spice latte was excellent! The environment is cozy and the furniture is semi-comfy.

They knowingly knew the sandwiches were not defrosted all the way and they still were selling them and giving either over toasted sandwiches or frozen in the middle. They were very rude when I went back with my second frozen sand which. They gave me the refund but their is a girl their with long brown hair that is very very rude.

The on campus Starbucks by the Sombrilla is fast, attentive, and most of all professional. During time frames of 9am-2pm is when you see this place with a packed line. Do not be deterred because their fast baristas will get you your desired beverage as swiftly as possible. So if your in need of a caffeine fix stop by during the busy hours or anytime at all to get your drink!

Thank you for making my mornings a little more bearable! The staff is always friendly and while it does get crowded at times, people are pretty patient, and the staff always get the drinks out very fast.

It’s important to note this Starbucks is located on campus at UTSA. So naturally, it’s going to be extremely crowded and not offer all the amenities that a full blown Starbucks may offers. From my experiences staying up late studying, this Starbucks has been a grade saver! The employees are extremely friendly even under the relentless flow of stressed out students lining up for a cup of java. The prices are about the same as any other Starbucks, and they actually bring out drinks faster than most! I wish more than anything that this place was open 24/7, but alas it closes at midnight. Still a great place to drop by if you’re planning on doing some late studying!

Horrible, horrible customer services. Who ever run that location need to send some of the employees to «how serve customers» training because i don’t believe they understand that concept without customers starbucks will not exist so therefore they will lose my business I might reconsider if they change their attitudes. How hard is it to just reload my starbucks card? I ordered a drink and unfortunately i had less than amount on the card to pay for my order, so i politely asked would you mind to reload my starbucks card for $ 20? Here is the respond from the cashier“i can’t do it that for you, you have to get back in line again” uhmm i am sorry i am already in line.
