I’ve used these guys several times and have been VERY PLEASED. Rudy was the gent who came today and was a consummate professional. I highly recommend them!

Don’t even bother. They could’ve made some money, but I called last week to set up an appointment and they told me they would call me Monday morning. Still have not heard anything from them. While taking to the guy on the phone, he really didn’t seem to want to help. Plus, he gave me several different prices and went back and fourth about pricing before even knowing exactly what the problem was. Thank goodness I decided to go with another company who did a great job.
Also, I will say that this company did come out to my house in the past. When I told them the problems I had with my AC, they really didn’t seem to get it. All they said was I needed more refrigerant when really they should’ve done a leak search bc I had a leak on the coil.

Best A/​C company in the city. They installed two cooling systems in my house. If you have an issue call Craig Tufflemire and he will resolve it. I have recommended them to many friends and they always do a great job.

Really, when a company treats you in a snotty manner, no matter how superior their product may be, you simply don’t want to do business with them anymore. Unfortunately for Texperts, not only do they hire arrogant, snotty employees, but their products are crap.
My husband and I bought a BRAND-​NEW A/​C unit from Texperts not even a year ago, and we spent well over 10k on it. (I forget the exact amount) Well guess what? Last week the AC unit COMPLETELY stopped working. For 10 thousand dollars+ I expect our AC to last longer than a year and if it craps out I CERTAINLY expect TOP NOTCH customer service. Our house is now in the mid 90s!!! Its actually hotter inside the house than outside! We have pets and 2 small children and this is absolutely a crisis for us.
So we call Texperts (I mean, I understand it happens. Machines fail. Let’s just fix this issue immediately!) They send a guy out at the very end of the day, who states that the AC has frozen over and he cannot even look at it to find out what is wrong with it until it defrosts. Fine. We ask that we PLEASE be first on the schedule for the following morning and we are ASSURED that we will be first up. Next morning comes and goes with no Texpert employee! We call, and apparently the guy completely FORGOT to write it up that our AC was still unresolved and that someone needed to come to our home FIRST thing in the morning. We literally get pushed back and blown off all day until late afternoon, only for the guy to come last minute and say that sorry, but there is a part that is messed up and it needs to be reordered. However, we won’t be able to get the part in tomorrow because it is NOW SO LATE IN THE DAY, you will have to wait ALL WEEKEND until monday with your home being 95 degrees. And I basically could not care less for your troubles/​concerns. That was the attitude. Who the hell does Robert think he is?
Cut to Monday. At 12pm there was still no word from Texperts so I decided to call again and find out the status. Well the always awful Robert answered and was careful to make it clear that we would not be a priority and that basically they will get around to it today whenever they feel like it.

Courteous and reasonably priced and they exceeded my expectations with their promptness! I highly recommend them.

Called about a heater that would not turn on. I actually waited a few days trying to figure it out myself. With family in town and the temp in house in the 50’s, I became «embarrassed enough» to call. I got TEX-​PERTS number off an Angie’s List book;
The guy called a few times giving me updates on his ETA, which made it easy for me to plan stuff I needed to get done in the meantime.
He arrived, electronically diagnosed the entire system for problems (which I had a gut feeling was not major problem). It ended up being a fuse-​looking-​part that actually pops out when issues occur electrically. He explained potential issues that caused it to me.
The guy stated «there is no fee since I didn’t actually have to fix anything» … this was obvious, but the tech knew about my Angie’s List promotional offer of ‘free service trip’ … however in the ‘business is business’ he could have changed me ‘something’ in order to make the trip worthwhile.
I feel as if I can trust these people, valued the experience I had.
