The Oasis Salon Suites & Spa

I have been a customer of Kerry’s for the past 6 years & don’t trust anyone else touching my eyebrows! The location is not convenient for me but I make the drive cause she’s that awesome!

This place gets no stars. Nails by Alfa BEWARE! Alfa never answers her phone or returns her messages. Not sure how she gets business if she won’t answer. After her LivingSocial special she hasn’t been able to keep up with her business. It doesn’t help that she’s oblivious in scheduling appointments. Skip her, call LivingSocial and ask for a refund. I got one after 30 days infact and they also tried calling her and of course she wouldn’t answer.

I am providing a review only for the stylist I see, Karem R. Been seeing her for at least four years. She has made my color treated hair beautiful again. She does awesome color and
with her clients to. improve the overall health of their hair. You won’t be disappointed if you book an appointment.
Her suitemate, Madai, also has a ton of very happy clients!

I’m fairly new to the San Antonio area. So, I called Oasis Salon Suites & Spa looking for a referral for Shellac nails. I called 5 minutes after they opened and left a voice mail. Two hours later, no one called me back, so I called them back. A woman answered and said, «I’ll look into that for you and call you back in 15 minutes.» 15 minutes came and went. 45 minutes later I called them back and the woman said, «Oh, yeah, hold on.» She puts me on hold for a split second and came back on the line and said, «No one’s available to do that.» I asked about other times and she said, «Everyones booked up for the next week.» I asked for a referral to any other nail salon in the San Antonio area and she said she didn’t know of any! So I went online and I found a website for a lady named Alfa. I called her cell phone. By coincidence, she happens to work out of the Oasis Salon. She said she was booked up but told me to contact the front desk and they could help me find someone. When I explained to her what happened she informed me that she would ask another nail specialist herself. Ten minutes later I got a call from a woman named Yvonne who apologized for everything that happened and then she referred me to Liza Escamilla, owner of The Ultimate Nail Spa. I get the feeling that the only reason I got a call was because Alfa complained. I thanked Alfa for her help.
