The White Glove Maid Service

I contacted this company first back 1 month ago due to new tenants moving into one of my units unfortunately I was not able to use the company at that time due to my tenants backing out. I then called yesterday (12÷30÷15) to reschedule the move out cleaning and to my surprise the gentleman (mike) who answered the phone stated they could do a cleaning at 8AM on 12÷31÷15. Well the next day comes around and first the maid is over an hour late due to knocking on the wrong unit when I specifically asked that they contact my number or knock on my unit to let the representative into the unit. Then the maid (lupe) did not want to wipe down the baseboards, clean the oven, sweep and mop more than one time, and more. I will never use this company again due to the lack of customer service they provided and due to poor listening skills. This is a 1277 sq ft townhome and it takes me 3 – 4 hours to clean my entire unit. Lupe was in the townhome for not even 2 hours and ready to leave the job. Luckily Mike sent out another lady and she did a much better job. However, due to the regulations of cleaning companies I probably will just clean our rental properties myself because it took CLR to clean two our the tubs that the cleaning crew had gone over a not once but twice but I dont blame the cleaning company for this they just arent allowed to use certain products.

Had cleaning done by White Glove and I was really pleased with their work. I got the move out cleaning done on my apartment and it saved me tons of time and work. I recommend this company and will use them again. Great customer service too.

I was so impressed with the service with White Glove! Fast, efficient, professional, timely and a job well done. Will definitely use them again. The Spring Cleaning is so worth it. My mother had family coming to town, could not get her home cleaned and I live in a different city. I called around searching for assistance as soon as possible. Manager Mike got things organized, scheduled and 2 maids sent to the house within a few hours — and on time! Their staff is insured, bonded and are provided benefits and are valued full time staff. You can see a difference when employees feel valued.

They just came to my home this morning, and it looks beautiful! I had the Spring Cleaning service. The bathrooms and kitchen look amazing! They worked their butts off for 4 hours. It will be so nice to come home to a clean home, and my spoiled poodle appreciates it too!

The carpet cleaning service is very good. Its a dry method that really does the trick and doesn’t take hours to dry. I’ve used it twice and was very pleased. The low rating is for the cleaning service. If you have time to stand right over them and monitor what you need cleaning, maybe then it would be just great, but both times I used this service I was disappointed. The first time there was not able to be home to monitor so I didn’t complain, but the second time I took off work to monitor before my doctor appointment. Unfortunately, they were 40 minutes late getting here which meant I could not be here to monitor until the very end. While I was here I saw that she had moved on from the kitchen without cleaning all of the cabinet exteriors as I had asked. Noir had she mopped the entire kitchen floor as I had asked. I don’t think that is asking too much, and when i reminded the lady she took care of it off the cabinets, but I left for my appointment with a list that i referred her to should she need it, but it looked like she was just waiting for me to leave so she could leave. The floors were not mopped in the kitchen or one of the two bathrooms. Two little piles of swept up dirt were never picked up and just left for me to pick up. A filled trash bag was left bedside my front door rather than out in the outside trash can. This is not a huge house, people! I’m talking 2,000sq ft, and I didn’t even ask for the bedrooms or shower to be cleaned. Sounds like an easy job, right? When I came home and saw the way it was left I called the manager. He said I should have let the cleaning lady come back and do the job right rather than clean it up myself. Too late, and I have no intention of spending any more if my day standing over someone to make them do their job. For this I paid over $ 260. He gave me a $ 10 discount… Wow. I felt like I should have been on the payroll after all that! In the future I may use the carpet service but never again his maid service.

I have had a little time to think about my review and I believe it fair to expound on my review. The owner of the company did call me the day I left him a message on their office answer machine (after hours). He was very professional and did offer to refund my money 100% and did come up with an alternative plan to try to «make it right». I was so exacerbated by the time he called I declined but he did offer and did refund 100% of my money. I honestly think this company probably tries to do a good job — certainly they did not deliver like they said they would on the phone but I also understand that sometimes customers may fall trough the cracks and I think I was definitely one of them. IF you decide to use this company would talk directly with the owner (Michael Baird) and let him know your expectations and have his cell phone number in case things didn’t work out. I feel after talking to him that he would ensure that you were taken care of. Hope this helps!

Sometimes you are surprised when you least expect it. That is what happened when my carpets were cleaned by The White Glove. They used. Dry cleaning method that left my carpets clean nice smelling and dry as soon as they finished. Quite an amazing process. They have also «spring cleaned» my house several times. I have always been more than happy with the results.

I hired White Glove to do their spring cleaning special on my home before I put it up on the market. I am kind of a clean freak so my house really wasn’t that dirty and what I really wanted them to take care of were the baseboards, blinds, oven, and light fixtures. I was told this was all included in their spring cleaning special. I left the house for a few hours while they cleaned and when I returned the maids were gone. After checking up on their work, I was not impressed. Some baseboards were cleaned, most were not (and I don’t mean the ones where furniture prevented access). I don’t think any light fixtures or ceiling fans were cleaned. The job they did on my stove/​oven was not impressive. It kind of seemed like they just walked in and sprayed a ton of chemicals in the air to make the house smell clean without doing much in the way of cleaning. Will never use again, and do not recommend. AVOID!
