As some companies attempt to close the maximum numbers of transactions with the fewest people, we are more concerned about our customers’ and clients’ needs.

We do our part to reduce stress as much as possible and work to ensure that all parties enjoy a pleasant and comfortable closing… regardless of whether they wish to complete the transaction in 10 minutes or 3 hours.

History

Established in 2009.

In 2005, Trinity Title of Texas opened its doors in Austin, TX. It has focused its business on residential real estate, but also closes commercial and acreage transactions.

In 2009, Trinity expanded its operations into the greater San Antonio area and most recently to Dallas/​Fort Worth.

Trinity is backed by four of the largest and most well respected underwriters in the industry: Old Republic National Title Company, First American Title Company, Westcor Land Title Insurance Company and Title Resource Guaranty Company. Trinity’s relationship with these underwriters allows the flexibility to find solutions to complex title and escrow issues. Trinity is proud to be an agent of these underwriters and has developed a mutually beneficial rapport with them. These relationships ensure that Trinity has the resources to do what it takes to close deals quickly and accurately.
