I took my son here for an eye exam. When we arrived the store/​office area was very crowded and we had to wait a decent amount of time to be seen despite having an appointment. The staff seemed nice enough but the process was very slow. The eye doctor only examined my son for about 5 minutes and seemed rushed. It didn’t feel like a thorough exam. They also forgot to give us my son’s prescription which is very odd and just shows the level of chaos in the office. As you can probably guess, we will not be returning to Vision Source.

I LOVE this place! Dr Trevino is awesome, and his staff is the most courteous and professional staff I have had the pleasure of working with– including the front desk AND the guys that work on your lenses in the little room. I had moved out of this area a while back, but this place is worth the drive for my eye care.

Dr. Treviño and his staff are excellent. He really took his time with me and was so kind. I always feel rushed when I go to the Doctor, but not with him. His staff is also great. Anna helped me get my prescription changed right away with Dr. Treviño and got back to me within no time at all.

I absolutely love Dr. Trevino and his team! Having type 1 diabetes can greatly impact eye health. Dr. Trevino has treated me and my diabetic eyes for years. I trust him completely (and he’s super nice).

I got my eye exam from Dr Trevinos wife down by the medical center but I bought my glasses here. I have absolutely zero complaints. If you need help finding glasses or getting your glasses fixed it highly recommend talking to Bo. The guy was an ace when it came to finding the right glasses for me and 6 months later when I lost a piece of my glasses he was able to take care of it for me no hassle. Bo is a champ, give them a try

I love Dr. Trevino and his staff. There are many eyeglass frames to choose from and all are quite modern. The office has easy access and is located in an excellent location in Castle Hills. I highly recommend Dr. Trevino, he takes time to talk with you regarding what is best for you and your eye care.

Easy and quick! Dr. Trevino is honest and doesn’t suggest you get anything you don’t need done. Twice I’ve gone in for check-​ups and he’s told me that my script changed a little but I probably wouldn’t see much difference and that it would be okay to not change. It was so refreshing to have a doctor care enough and be honest to tell you you don’t have to spend the money unless you need to! Oh and they also adjusted a pair of sunglasses I didn’t even buy there and I didn’t buy anything previously for free, no questions asked! That’s awesome service to me!
