This is one of the most dirtiest locations yet employees are rude and not properly trained everyone is beyond unprofessional!

this is the worst store in San Antonio shopping for food and retail items. they opened 1990, at that time Walmart didn’t have an area for shopping. Wallymart fluctuates from fair to bad. I have let the president of Wallymart know about these issues. Its getting so bad now they hire anyone who can take breath. They hire x-cons trying to make a new start. Angry cashiers who go through your bags after u pay out. If u don’t take a sample of food from the sample Lady she gets angry! The same person wonders around doing nothing but pick her nose while at work! The question begs to be asked, why do u go there??? I live close and I can get what I want then leave. But I also notice customer service. If the customer service is bad then I don’t give two shit about the company then I never go back. If u want a better customer experience then shop at HEB. They keep track of their product and keep customers wanting to come back. Both value and friendliness. Wallymart at 8500NE loop 410 on Jonesmaltsburger rd. U need to close your doors forever!!! Or call Tony Ramirez(store manager) at 2103771899 Tony will be happy to talk with you. It’s a changing world. First there were family stores the retail stores came out. Now retail maybe going online??? Lots of jobs will be lost if retail doesn’t figure something out!

I have a pretty low bar set for Walmarts, but this managed to sink below that. This place is an absolute mess. The parking lot is full of trash that blows all over the neighborhood. The staff doesn’t seem to know what the heck is going on. Where are the batteries? They don’t know, they just work there. The aisles are filthy. I wish they’d clean this place up and show some pride in their store. ‘Cause they don’t care. The cashiers here are maddening. They’re just following the computers, which are all fouled up to begin with. They’re slow, and it’s infuriating. Hate this place.

Handicapped headache Last night Saturday, went to store to get some stuff. Parked in handicapped as we had a handicapped lic plate. Then we saw some fat guy in a truck, idling, in a handicapped parking spot but she did not have a lic plate or a sticker showing handicapped. Looked around for security 0 but or course — security was no where in sight. Walmart — please have your security check these handicapped spots more regularly. More and more lazy people are abusing the handicapped spots. Would it help if we took pictures of the car, lic plate and the handicapped sign when we see someone? **Also need more cashiers — getting tired of always long lines to check out — such a huge store with traffic but they only allot 2 – 3 cashiers/? — COMEON! This frustration has made us divert to HEB or Target in the past. Ramiro 210−822−6089 UPDATE Walmart now has a expanded self serve section which helps us breeze by each time! — THANKYOU

This Wal-Mart is the WORST store I’ve ever been to. There’s a cashier name Joanie. The worst cashier I have to ever come in contact with. Not only had I had a bad experience with this cashier but I had to experience it on two different occasions! She doesn’t know a thing about being a cashier not to mention, her customer service is horrible. I literally had to wait over 20 minutes in line. prior was 30 mins, no over-exxageration. She messed on ringing gift cards for the customer in front and didn’t know how to fix it. I couldn’t even buy my stuff and had to leave due to the fact that I had to go back to work. Worst experience ever.

I do not like Walmart. I rarely come to Walmart because I can’t stand the clutter, the staff and the customers. On the rare occasion in which I do visit a Walmart, I always have a bad experience. For example today. Went to Walmart to buy a fishing license. No one was at the counter. Walked around half the store trying to find just one associate that could find someone to assist me at the fishing counter. Finally after walking around the isles a couple times I found someone on the other side of the store. Asked if he could call someone to assist me at the fishing counter, he said he’ll send someone my way… I’m waiting and waiting l, talked to another man that was waiting for assistance too for a while, continued to wait and then finally an associate appeared. Yes, she was nice but come on… You should have more employees around to adequately serve your customers. I want to say I’d never visit Walmart again but unfortunate that would probably be a lie. But trust me when I do return it’ll be because I had no other choice.

We wanted to buy a couple of items around 9:00pm. Grabbed them and went to check out. Only two check stands open and they both had way too many people. The stands were at the far end of the store, away from the grocery section where we had come in. Geez. We left.

It’s a typical Wal-Mart. Huge and never enough cashiers. However, it’s decently clean and not an absolute war zone. It’s nestled in a spot close to major roads and the airport, walking distance actually. Overall, if you go during off hours you’re good. Oh, there’s also a Murphy’s so you can gas up too.

I have been to Walmart a handful of times, and never liked it. This location has changed my mind — here’s why: Clean — neat, organized, and fresh Massive Selection — I’m pretty sure I could find everything that I couldn’t find at Bed Bath & Beyond here People — you know how there’s that people of Walmart site with weirdos on it? Well, I think it’s the location of this one that prevents that; just average joes on their shopping trip. Parking — easy, lots of it

This is your typical Walmart. What else do you want me to say? I don’t usually come here unless I absolutely have to. But hey I do like their cheap gas! So it gets a 3 star.

It’s wal-mart. Standard everywhere. My only gripe would be about their bananas. I wanted to buy some but they were too green :(But they had a giant bucket of Cheese balls which totally made up for it. A few thousand calories later and orange finges made for a very happy Tiffany :)

Is there any experience as ubiquitous and as ultimately unsatisfying as shopping at Walmart? This store is no exception. I was here, today, to see if the store had been remodeled(it had, so it no longer carries fabric or patterns). Despite new flooring, though, the store is dirty and has a cluttered look. Bathrooms were filthy, with sparse supplies. The one bright spot is the garden center, small but well-stocked and well-tended. [Oh, and the greeter was cheerfully and enthusiastically picking his nose when I entered the store. Yuck.]

I don’t like pick on hard working people or to review places like this but I need to vent about this one. What is it about Wal-Mart and the cashiers. I always feel like I get the one that can’t quite do the job just quite right. I try to use the speedy check out with the thought that they have the best ones working in those lanes… Not today! My bill was $ 9.04 and I gave her $ 20.05 which she plugged into the register and it said change due $ 11.01. Now this should not be a problem… however we are at Wal-Mart…She did not have a $ 10 bill and only had 1 $ 5 and this is when the problem started. She had already grabbed $ 1 and was looking for 2 fives of the ten. When she did not have these she pulled out the five and the one and then got so flustered that she turned off the light to her check stand and tried to get a manager. Realizing that I was about to have to wait for the«manager» I tried to help her out and that she could give me the $ 5& the $ 1 she had out plus 5 more $ 1 and a penny and we would be square. This only made the problem worse because now she did not trust me. To make a long story short it took her and the manager about 5 minutes to get me my change. Wow, who put either one of them in charge of money? PSA: Kids stay in school so you can count change correctly!

I review everywhere I visit(including Walmart). This one is pretty good and stays fairly clean. I love a place that stays open 24 Hours. This location goes on my Ghetto-Lite list, but that’s OK. It’s a Super Wal-Mart so you get all the groceries to shop through also.

So I guess there is a first time for everything… I was in the children’s dept looking to exchange some shorts I bought my step daughter. I laid a few outfits over a rack to match the tops and bottoms. Some woman who worked there actually stopped me and asked me if I planned on putting them back or if I was going to leave the mess. WTF? Then the cashier refused to give me a receipt with my exchange. I ended up having to ask for a manager just to get the receipt for the additional items I bought. What a hassle…
