DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
My washing machine overflowed and I cleaned up the mess myself. Mercury Insurance gave me numbers for ACR/​DKI or ServicePro. I gave, what I thought was the underdog, ACR the job to dry my floors. They ended up gutting my entire downstairs, I have lived with NO kitchen, no bath, NO DOWNSTAIRS for 6 months! They are the ONLY ones making money off this deal, and insurance rates will go up. They are charging $ 30K just for the storage of my belongings and at this very moment are DUMPING my belongings back into my home, wherever they feel like, even though EACH piece’s room location is clearly marked.
The poor grunt workers are pleasant. Management is not.
