Yep, this is as good as it gets! As a guest at a friend’s wedding, I was thoroughly impressed by the creativity of AJ’s Primal Eatery’s décor and presentation, but above all, I was blown away by the quality and beauty of the food. Each course was an intricate palate pleaser, with layers of flavors arranged in elegant platings. From the refreshing fruit arrangements and salad to the tender, juicy steak; the meal reflected the chef’s passion for fine food. Service was friendly and each course was timed precisely, so everyone enjoyed the dishes and their corresponding wine pairings together. It really enhanced the celebration and brought everyone together. I would definitely hire AJ’s Primal Eatery for my own special occasion, and hope to do so soon.

I was fascinated by AJ’s Primal Eatery who catered my event. Everyone was proficient and my guests were all pleased by the delectable food that was offered at my party. I received countless emails and phone calls from everyone. They all raved about the food. I thank you chef Gil and staff for making this event possible. I also appreciate the attention to all the fine details. The presentation was marvelous and something out of a food magazine. Many thanks for your hard work and dedication.
