Horrible customer service… needed some nuts… I asked for 10 mm specifically, lady gives me size 12 I get home and they don’t fit I go back cause I needed them she states thats your fault, I got the size 10 and she states«does any one read the signs!» All sales final! …you my friend lost the business of my friends and I… customer service should always be priority. Fortunately shes an elder, I always respect my elders no matter what…

Got about 14 metric screws for my motorcycle for under $ 5. Lady was super helpful. I think her name was Anada? They have a buncha stuff. I got directed here from some hobbyist in Chaparral who didn’t have the parts. Also check out McFadden-Dale in Corona if Cooley Hardware doesn’t have it(unlikely) The current number is no longer in service, use this instead: (909) 844‑2107

Stopped here after looking at 4 – 5 other hardware stores and not finding what I wanted. I work at a school, and some parents bought and built a cabinet for books but lost one of two screws that holds one of the doors in place. This posed a safety hazard(and visually ugly), but the parents couldn’t/weren’t finding a replacement screw. I couldn’t find a match anywhere, but someone at Home Depot told me «if Cooley’s doesn’t have it, no one will.» That’s the truth. This place is chock full of different industrial fasteners! They’re so helpful too; they’ll try to find you exactly what you need, and the prices are great. It’s on D street in San Bernardino, meaning like a lot of shops you have to find parking on the street or park in the dust/unpaved lot on the side of the building. They have a red fence around them, can’t miss them.

Best customer service I have seen in Years! They had all the stainless hardware I need in stock for a custom car I’m building. Ask for Joe. The man know his nuts and bolts and knows where they are in his shop.
