One star because I can’t give 0 they have horrible customer service and have inexperienced people work in your nails. They don’t care about the customer. And they take forever

I just left the nail shop about 10 minutes ago and the quality of work i think is great. I have a issue with the costumer service, there was at least 4different people worked on my hand and feet, they were very obvious with talking about an individual and of course with me with my bag(really) then the saddest this is there was a spanish speaking lady next to me that they did not even attempted to understand what she wanted. Effort ladies please … you can’t make the decision for your costumer. But and again my nails are nice thanks. Customer service needs some work. P

I love this little salon! I moved into the area recently and had a really hard time finding a good nail salon to replace my old favorite one until I discovered this one. The area around isn’t the most nice area ever, but that isn’t a biggie for me. Parking is a little cramp due to the big Walgreens in that plaza. Subway and Dominos pizza right next door, which is awesome because I love subway. One busy Sunday I walked in and was greeted by a nice lady who told me wait time would be 10 minutes. I was then handed a set of their gel polish colors and seated in less than the time expected. At first I had an older lady come over to my seat and started getting things ready to glue on the nails for me. Sitting there, I thought to myself that this lady looks like she doesn’t know what she’s doing and of course she didn’t. She did a really horrible job with gluing on the nails onto my fingernails, leaving a large space on the side of my actual nails showing. So I then asked if those can be removed and if someone else can assist me with my manicure. I was a bit upset because again I thought I found another nail salon that couldn’t do my nails right. I just missed how much my old spot always did a really awesome job. Anyways, I then was sent over to a man named Van in the back of the room who greeted me with asking my name and asking how my day was. He continued on and asked me what I would like to do with my nails and how. He told me that he would like to do whatever I wanted done and wanted me to leave the salon happy. Van not only made me feel comfortable by conversating with me but made me happy because he had no problem doing my nails the way I asked for it to be done. I will be back for sure!

I had to wait a while due to them being busy but once someone started working with me it went fairly quick. She was fast and friendly. The person who did my cousins pedicure was also very nice and efficient.

I have been coming here for years. Mostly out of convenience since I live so close but because of their consistently cheap prices and good work. Their customer service could definitely use some work but other than that you get what you pay for. I never remember his name but the old man does acrylic nails the best. If you show him a picture he gets pretty close. The old lady always cuts my cuticles when she gives me a pedicure so steer clear of her lol she does really good manis and hand massages though. They’re kind of stand off-ish but that’s ok because I have always felt weird talking to my nail tech or stylist. That’s just me though. Anyways like them but when I have extra money and want to splurge, I go to a place in banning that does a whole massage and hot stones and I everything.

Just got my nails done Gel by Donna she’s awesome. Took her time like there was no tomorrow. Loved it. Only thing I did cringe on was when she didn’t tell me to wash my hands after she cleaned them up.. It left little tiny fuzzies on my nails but no complain I’ll just wash em next time I go for sure.(:

I do my nails often but I have never done a design so I was a bit nervous coming in but I left extremely happy. Wein(I think I’m spelling that wrong, sorry) did an amazing job with my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she practiced before I went in and did an incredible job. I’m in love with my nails. As soon as I came in the took care of me, the staff was very nice. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I give this place two stars because I have been going for years and they have done a great job on my pedicures and eyebrows wouldnt recommend them for a manicure or a gel manicure those have been messy and my cutiles would be uneven or not cut at all at the bottom. But heres the reason i should give them 1 star and why i will never return again is because I went for a mani and pedi and a day after my pedicure one of my little toe nails came off then two days later, more came off then a week later one more came off. This has never ever happened to me before and I was concered so i went to the doctor. He said thats it was a fungal infection that is usually caused my using tools such has toe nail clippers that have not been disinfected. He asked if i had been to a nail salon recently and asked me did they pull the tools they used put of a bag or pulled them from the back after the customer left the seat did they thoroughly clean the bowl before seating the next customer. All were NO! He said this common when nail salons are not effective or thorough with there disingecting and cleaning process. They are always busy and may not have enough time but when I lose 4 toe nails its not worth it. Id rather pay more for cleanliness!!!

I started coming to this place because I needed a pedicure and the place I get my nails done is really far and they didn’t do that great of a job anyway. Tammy was my nail tech that did my pedi and she is great. She is really nice and always makes my toes /feet look cute. She’s thorough and never rushes me. The price is reasonable 15 $ for a spa pedi. The only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because it’s in a kinda shady neighborhood and the parking sucks. But over all it’s a good nail salon

First time here! I enjoyed the service. They didn’t try to up sell me however, I was annoyed when I told them what I wanted and they would tell me it was more. Hello I came here to spend money and get what I want I never cringed at a price. I was even told to hurry up and decide. I looked around and it was only one other person in there. I love my nails I just wish they offered matte colors

Not happy at all about this place. A dead cockaroach was on the floor, the lady messed up completely on my nails and still wanted to charge me $ 30. I told her 3 times it was clumpy and she did nothing about it. I wanted to walk out but she threatened to call the cops on me. I was highly mad and didn’t feel I should pay.

Overall, my manicurist did a good job! The only thing is that my gel manicure took almost 2 hours to do! A lot of the gel color bottles did not match the sample color number, so when I picked a color from the samples, the wrong bottle would be pulled! So I would have to pick alternative colors from the color I originally wanted and she would spend forever looking through her assortment to find the color I wanted. Overall she was patient and didn’t show much frustration. They weren’t busy on a Thursday. I didn’t mind because I had time to kill, but be aware that you may have to wait a while if they can’t find your exact color! $ 23 for a gel manicure, slightly extra because I asked for glitter gel tips. They gave me a free cold bottle of water during the middle of my manicure session. I would go back again! :)

Surprised no one has done a review! The ladies in here are great. Always quick to give you a complimentary mini bottle of water. They are experts in their work, always busy and you’ll find out why if you ever come here. You leave feeling fabulous. I particularly like glitter powder tips, something different than the regular french manicure. Prices are reasonable too! And if you’re a tad clumsy like me and mess up your nails right after having them done they are quick to fix it, I’ve never been charged extra ;) Only bad thing I could say though is that you shouldn’t expect them to talk much to you, aside from asking you what you want done and asking you if you like how your nails are turning out, they only really talk amongst themselves :/
