We found a car we liked online here, it was a great deal so we called to see it. Decided that we couldn’t make it that night so we called back to tell them we’ll be there on Saturday. The next day, they raised the car by $ 1,000. My husband called and told Marcos that he won’t go there until the price drops and he said «come on up and we’ll talk about it».
After test driving it and all, my husband wanted to get it. We sat in the office for an hour and they came back and the Manager said that they made a mistake in the system and they can’t grant him the price. My husband got up to walk away and he yelled at my husband «you won’t find that car at that price anywhere else!’ and he was right. However, after looking at the carfax on that car, it was in an accident, a bad one. So if we got the car, it would have been a bad car anyway.
Yesterday we got the car my husband wanted at another dealership for a great price. If it seems too good to be true for this place, it probably is. Beware and be careful.

My boyfriend bought his car here and not a month later, the car broke down. The car looks nice and seems to run well. but it’s been breaking down almost every other week! Just for random things that need to be fixed. It also takes forever for them to just to look at your car. Usually takes a week to get anything done. U either have to physically be there at the shop and wait all day so they give you priority or call them everyday. I’m giving them one star for being misleading and selling junk and for their terrible service.

This dealership is FULL of BS!!! they sell LEMONS to everyone who walks in there. My sister who is a single mother bought car from them in May 2015 and has already had to replace the TRANSMISSION on her car! The check engine light came on the day she bought the car and they tried to say it was because it needed an oil change, again BS! They sold her the car «As Is» without her knowledge. They knew the car was junk and took advantage of a single mother!!! this business does NOT deserve even 1 star, but I have to put 1 star on here in order to post they are liars! BEWARE-​BEWARE-​BEWARE-​DO NOT BUY CARS THERE!!!

Let down customer here. My daughter (19)saved up all her work checks to purchase her first car. We came to freeway auto with the hopes of finding a nice car. She picked a Honda which she truly liked and we did a test drive and it made a noise which of course the sales man heard as well. I told him my daughter would love this car but whatever was making the noise has to be fixed and he stated «no problem «so we signed the contract trusting this sales man. Long story short 16,000 for a car that makes this loud noise and I have to see my daughters face and see her tears makes me hate I ever did business with them. I hope and pray others have a better experience.

Called 3hrs in advanced to see a car, get there, and «the car was sent to the auction the previous day…» they offered me to see other cars as if I wasn’t clear enough that I only went looking for what I called for. when I first called the guy told me his name was Daniel and when I went in they couldn’t find Daniel… Laughable! Then you wonder why businesses like these fail. Unilocal should really make a 0 star for places like these…

No compren autos en este lugar estafan a las personas porfavor no vayan el dealer que estaba en ese lugar antes fue cerrado porque estafaban a las personas y ahora que abrieron con otro nombre dicen que es diferente pero que coincidencia que son los mismos empleados los mismos vendedores hasta los mismos autos primero averigüen que paso con el dealer que estaba en ese mismo lugar antes y piensen bien hay un montón de dealers por todos lados tienen muchos lugares para escoger vayan a esos lugares antes que este que lo único que hacen es robarte el dinero

Freeway Auto Center just opened up at what is their new location about a month ago. This location has always been around but was previously a different company. Good prices that’s for sure and they even finance ANYONE with a job, ask for Rod
