Great friendly people, I was educated about jewelry, I will never shop at any jewelry store again.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. We went to pawn a SLANTED Fender GE412 Cabinet, we always pawn amps, guitars and other cabinets, the rude and unprofessional Employee Named «MAX» proceeded to tell my husband that he couldn’t take the cabinet because he «didn’t look like a musician» so he based his decision on how he looked to not accept his cabinet. Not a way to do business if you want to run a actual professional business. We have been coming to this pawn shop 6+ years now we will be taking our pawn business elsewhere. This pawn shop needs new employees that are not rude and unprofessional and incompetent. No wonder they offer you $ 5 to leave a good review on Unilocal, makes you wonder how bad their business must be that they need to pay for good reviews. Last time I checked it was illegal to pay for reviews on Unilocal.

Called them on the phone and they are so rude I understand you are busy but does not mean you talk to someone the way you do I will never do business at this pawn shop again I’ll take my business to someone that appreciates it they treat you as if your a bum off the street desperate for money so if you are looking for people to look down on you then this is the place to pawn !!!
