I loved coming here! The office is not super fancy and plush, but it’s clean and everyone is professional. The outside could probably use some work to make it look more welcoming– I wasn’t sure I was going to the right place when I got there. However, once inside it’s a good place. The front office staff and techs made me feel welcomed and the doctor took his time to explain and answer my many questions. I think I found my new dentist! Give them a try.

I wouldn’t recommend this dentist. Although the receptionists are friendly and welcoming, the staff is not. They are very unprofessional. Most of the time, I spent my time in the chair listening to them gossip instead of actually getting my teeth worked on. Once I was even denied service because it was «too late» even though I had gotten to my appointment on time. Overall, I wouldn’t go back to this dentist. I’ll take my time looking for a different one.

I will be honest at first I was a bit skeptical because of the location and I almost did not walk in. The staff is always welcoming and caring including all of the Dr’s.
I have done several dental procedures here and have never been disappointed with the quality of work they do. Not the best location but this is a true hidden gem and now in days it is really hard to find quality and great costumer service. I been coming here for about 3 years and I will continue to bring my family to this location.

Our insurance changed and old dental office no longer accepts my kids’ insurance. However, we were given a couple of referrals via insurance. The other office didn’t appear to be able to take time to answer a couple of questions regarding pediatric care, so I called this office. They didn’t rush me on the phone, were polite, and addressed my concerns. We went to the office unannounced and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Even offered to make a brief appt with a doctor if we had any additional questions. The office is clean, staff is friendly, and patients are treated well and with respect. They take time to listen to you. A BIG plus. The office might look a little unusual from the outside, but I assure you it is clean and staff is professional. When insurance referred us, my husband went in to check out office and interviewed staff with several questions about patient care and procedures, etc, before we made our consultation appt. Consult was professional and courteous and patient care is a priority! If I had any doubts whataoever, we would have never proceeded beyond our consult.
My daughter finally went in yesterday for all her wisdom teeth to be extracted. Insurance would only cover two, however, the office offered a good price for all 4 w/​sleep sedation. The procedure went well and although my daughter was nervous and afraid pf needles, the staff was supportive and they calmed her and helped make her as comfortable as possible. Dr Williams was great and staff checked on her often and Dr. checked her again to give her the go ahead to be released… they helped wheel her to the car in a wheelchair. We were given clear, concise instructions for her after care, including gauze and her prescriptions for mild and severe pain, as well as infection control (penicillin). It is the day after, she is doing great– talking, in good spirits, and healing fantastic! My daughter really liked the Dr. & staff too and would like to go there for regular dental care! We have other children and other children and are strongly considering taking them in for regular dental check ups.

As if it doesn’t look skeptical enough from the outside. it’s filthy and unsanitary inside! Do not go here if you care at all about your/​your families health. The exam room walls and floors are FILTHY, look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. Even the exam chair has a plastic lining over the bottom half of it which had hairs, dirt, and food particles trapped under it. The dental assistant wreaked of cigarette smoke, and another assistant came to exam my daughters mouth from across the hall right after he got done examining another patient over there, and didn’t change his gloves or anything. Who knows what he may have contaminated her with.
