We have a Costco-​purchased NXR gas range which wasn’t burning correctly. I called multiple appliance repair shops and they all said they don’t service NXR ranges (most of them had never heard of that brand). C & A Brown had no problems coming in and taking a look. Richard was very courteous and professional. He fixed the burners on our range, explained the problem, and gave us some advice on how we can prevent and fix the problem in the future (it was a clogged gas line nozzle). It’s nice to see an appliance repair company that actually uses good old fashioned troubleshooting skills and doesn’t just tell you you’re out of luck because it’s a brand they don’t work on regularly.

Rich was able to come out the day we called for help, as our dishwasher wasnt working the week of Thanksgiving. He fixed it in minutes! He is the best appliance repairman we have ever had. Been using him for years.
When you call, you will reach Susan, who answers the phone. She is always polite and courteous and will schedule your appointment.
Wouldnt use anyone else!
