We had such a fun time at Diddalidoo. My 2 year old was so excited when she arrived. We spent almost 3 hours there and I think she played with everything. There are the perfect amount of toys/​activities without being too overwhelming for a child. The space is so clean, well organized, and on a Wednesday morning it was very quiet. My 7 month old spent a little time sitting in the infant area and enjoyed the toys.
The space is the perfect size because I could sit in the café area and still be able to watch my daughter while she ran around. My friend joined us and while our kids played we could catch up and tend to our babies. We were commenting on how perfect the climbing structure is. Safe, fun, stress-​free. You don’t have to climb up after your child like at the playground. There is no way they can fall off and everything is padded and designed perfectly. They had such a blast! We will definitely come back.

I recently took my 9 month old here and had a good time. There was plenty of stuff for him to do but there were certainly some things I didn’t like.
Pros
1) Plenty of climbing obstacles.
2) Lots of toys to play with.
3) Changing areas were always available.
4) Stroller area is nearby.
5) Easy to park car outside.
Cons
1) The «no shoes» policy wasn’t enforced at all.
2) Socks weren’t enforced either.
3) Lady changing diaper in one of the play areas. I told the front person about it and he kindly asked her to take it to the changing area. However, he immediately went back to his desk and I stopped him midway to ask if he could sanitize that area. He cleaned up, but only after he was asked.
4) It was very chilly inside, fans were on full blast, even when there were only 2 – 3 kids in the building and they didn’t seem to need extra ventilation.
5) I was there for 5 hours and noticed the guy only placed toys back in their place once (after a big group left). He never sanitized any of the toys.

We had some time to kill before our flight back to Kona this was the perfect place to burn some kid steam before the long flight back.

Thank you Didalidoo for hosting my son’s first birthday party! The place is clean. They helped me unpack my car and set up all the decorations. They cleaned up after. The kids played and we watched football and ate pizza. Thanks again!

Went here on a crazy hot summer day to get out of the heat and was really disappointed when we walked in and there was no AC. Not that they advertise it, but I guess I just assumed a place built for toddlers to play inside would have some climate control. That said, our kids had a great time, the place was very clean and we would go back on a day that wasn’t so hot.

This place has exceeded my expectations! It is a small play area for ages 0 – 4 years old and they have such a sweet and nice staff! It is not over crowded with obnoxious moms and kids which is what I love! Every time I come in they make Julian feel so comfortable with them and always ensures he has a great time.
They started this Arts and Crafts Camp and Date Night where you can drop your kid off for a few hours and they get to learn and socialize! It’s great for moms like me who wouldn’t want to leave their kid for more than 4 hours! I love this program that they started and Julian loves it too. He can’t wait to come back next week.
Bernice is such a sweet business owner who always sends me photos showing me and telling me how my son is doing. It just makes me feel at ease that this place is here. I can’t wait for the Science camp next plus the Music camp! Julian will attend all of it! Keep up the great work Diddalidoo! Julian will see you ladies next week!

Great place for little ones. Clean, lots to play with. Bathrooms are great, with the mini toilet too. I’ve been bringing my kids here since they opened. The little table area is good for feeding your kids during breaks. Never had a problem with the place or other patrons. Would highly recommend to bring your baby/​toddler.

My son and I enjoy visiting this place on a regular basis. The area is prefect for children ages 0 to 4 with appropriate toys and a giant play structure. There are also snacks, coffee, and a nursing room available.
The bathroom is roomy and mostly clean. Sometimes there is a mixture of smells though that are not pleasant.
The cons include the price per visit and parking. However, there are punch cards and memberships available that enable families to receive discounts.
Overall, it is one of our favorite places to go for play and socialization.

I brought my daughter here for a couple of hours and she and I both had a great time. It wasn’t busy at all so she was able to play with everything she wanted.
We were both able to climb around the play structure, so that was fun for me! They also have a nice little dining area and snack stand. I appreciated that they had a Mother’s Room for nursing. It was comfortable and private. The restroom was clean and well stocked.
I plan to bring her back again!

FIVE STARS for the play area, toys, jungle gym and business as a whole. Bringing my one year old daughter to a play time environment for the first time, she was engaged and interested in most of the toys and play areas. This place is definitely great for smaller babies and toddlers. I’d say 1 – 3 year olds is the key group here and can get the most out of what they have to offer here.
This is where my three star rating is justified with their pricing. It’s $ 13 dollars for an all day pass and can be used all day. That’s great if you have all the time in the world but it would be so awesome if they would offer an hourly rate or by the hour. Although my daughter loved this place and if we could have stayed longer we would have but after an hour she was done and so was I. Kids only need an hour maybe two at the max of playtime somewhere, at least children in this age bracket do. I think it would be way worth my money and time if we could pay by the hour. Nevertheless that won’t stop us from coming again while she’s young and can play at an age appropriate place available to us.

I recently visited this location for my God daughter’s third birthday party and I was amazed to find such a nice and fun play zone that caters to young children located on San Mateo Ave, in San Bruno.
I would assume that Diddalidoo, is made predominantly for kids ages 1 – 6 years of age. Although the location isn’t extremely huge (in width) its big in length and because of that I believe kids will have fun exploring here. This location is broken up into three sections. First, is the interactive dance floor/​front area where the children and there families sign-​in and can play on the interactive dance floor. This is a cool section because it allows the kids to be active with dancing or running around on the mat with the help of an overhead projector.
The second area is the money maker because it’s an obstacle course/​jungle gym that will allow you’re kids to climb, run, slide etc all over the place. This is where they will burn all the energy they have stored up to leave you with a peaceful night. The only thing the obstacle course area is missing, in my opinion is a ball pit. You can never go wrong with a ball pit in any kids fun zone. But, I will say It made me wanna run inside and play alittle as it made me remember my own childhood. Finally the last section is the kitchen/​dinning area where hosts can serve food or party favors if you shop se to hold a birthday there. It’s not very big but can hold a good size group of folks without feel cramped.
I love the fact that this location is very clean and well kept and that’s including the bathroom area. They even have a bucket on the desk that’s clearly made for objects or toys that kids decide to put in their mouths. This is done so it can be cleaned and stabilized for future use. The staff is very friendly and helpful but always remember to keep an eye on you’re child. After all It’s a play zone not a daycare service.

I brought my three year old here on a play date with one of her preschool buddies and this place is cute! Small enough were you don’t have to worry about your kid running off but not too small where they get bored. I came at the Happy Hour time and it was $ 10 for her. I do think it is a little over priced but at the same time she had such a great time it was worth it.
There was only one employee and she just sat at the front desk. The gate they have at the entrance isn’t secure, so if the front door is opened I suggest you keep a close eye on your child.
In the back they have a cute little kitchen area where you can buy snacks and drinks. The bathroom is very clean which was a huge plus and they have a cute little toilet for the toddlers.
There is always room for improvement here but for the most part it’s one of the best and cleanest play areas around.

We had my daughter’s 2^nd birthday here and it was a blast. Even the older kids (6yrs) had fun running around and exploring.
The facility was clean and the staff was very helpful
There’s plenty of free parking in the back.

I went to this place for the first time, and even though I liked it, there are still room for improvement. The first thing I noticed was the clumsy gate, that its really hard to get in and out of, basically they use the one that you use at home for infants. I think they make enough money to built a proper/​professional gate.
Other thing that I noticed was the shoe cubby, it was in middle of the playground instead of being by the door, so you can take your shoes of right before you get where your children are playing.
Other than I am happy overall, great indoor place for rainy days.

Fun place on San Mateo Ave in San Bruno.
Really great for my toddler that never stay with me so this is busy for him but he can’t leave!
The price can feel pricey but when a park doesn’t keep him in I like that there are choices.
Plus, this place is so clean!
And has an awesome bathroom!!!

I had a 2 year old birthday party here from 10−12pm.
Pros:
+clean venue
+two helpers to assist with organizing and picking up decorations and prep material from your car (make sure you call the # because they could not hear the back door bell ring (it’s a blue door. There should be a label or address # on it so it makes it easier for people to recognize it is Diddalidoo).
+5 hour parking lot on Mastick Ave. 2 hour free parking on the street
+Size of the place was great; you can keep an eye on your child and still chi chat with your guests
Con–
— Two hours is too short for a party time when you want to cater food and serve lunch
We catered at Sweet and Natural (one block down the street). The caterer is super accommodating too (included glass platters for food).

I took my daughter here last year and wrong timing because we were thee only ones in there including the front desk receptionist. It was DEAD. Sadly. I was hoping there would be other toddlers so my daughter could play and meet other little ones, but we came during the wrong hour. Never again. (and to think it was our first time dropping by I didn’t expect this at all. I mean, c’mon at least ONE other mom and kid there but seriously?! NO ONE.)
On the upside: place is clean. Toys are provided. A mini playground with slides and cubbies to place your shoes in is provided. Also a café if you or your kids ever get hungry. I haven’t been inside the restrooms so I can’t speak for that but I assume it’s just as clean too.
For what it’s worth, I give them an A for cleanliness and the play center looks great! But I couldn’t risk dropping by and honestly wasting my $ again when there is literally no one there. Besides, we went on a random whim. Who knows, I feel like this place is a hit or miss, but I would rather have my daughter play outside elsewhere for FREE, if that’s the case.

We had our son’s 2^nd birthday here and it was perfect! The place was clean, the staff were helpful, plenty of toys for babies and toddlers and the rates were reasonable. I also thought the size of the place was great, you can keep your eye out and not lose sight of your kid and there was plenty of space for them to run around.
Great place and I highly recommend it!

This place is fantastic for toddlers! We took our LO here for a birthday party. Tons of toys, books, puzzles and an indoor padded gym complete with 2 small slides. There’s a also a small enclosed area for babies, a train table, and a small kitchen for house play.
Towards the back is a small eating/​lounging area for parents which offers milk, juice and soda for a small fee. Socks are required for all kids and parents to wear in the play area.
It’s clean and well kept inside. It’s nice that they closed the place down for a party. I would definitely recommend checking this place out for your LO. She definitely was entertained for 3 hours!

A few days after a birthday celebration for my daughter, we are still talking about the fun that the little ones had on this day. I’m not one to toot my own horn (actually I am haha), but I think the wife and I did a pretty good job putting together a party for our little girl.
After narrowing down our choices to Diddalidoo and Sausalito Bay Area Museum, Diddalidoo got the nod, mainly because they allow outside food and the other place didn’t. We booked this place pretty much sight unseen and only from the info we got from their website and this trusty place called Unilocal.
When the day finally came, we parked out back like they instructed us, and out came two young helpers to unload our SUV of the party stuff that we had brought along. Great first impression! When we walked into the place, we were relieved that it was super clean and was a good sized space to fit our party. Oh and I forgot to mention that they shut the place down and the place is yours for the duration of the party.
The guests started arriving and you could see the joy and excitement on all the kids faces. From station to station, they were all smiles. There were even a few adults that looked like they were having just as much fun. Almost everywhere a child could go was very well padded. The most popular area was the twin slides inside the gym area. Also the wooden train set was a big hit. This place is basically a scaled down version of the place in Tanforan (but 100x cleaner and safer since it’s your own party).
A couple of comments…
1) For parties, suggest putting up a curtain inside the refrigerator to cover the in-​house items sold during open play. The bottom part is reserved for parties, but sometimes the big pink sign is overlooked by overeager parents and children.
2) Consider replacing an area with a ball pit. My daughter loves swimming in plastic balls, and I think it would be a fun addition.
3) Reconsider the 15 minute clean up (15 minutes before your time is up, you’re supposed to start cleaning up and shooing all the guests home). Especially after paying for an extra hour, I wished we could have had the entire 60 minutes to play. Then clean up after it’s done. But it’s the owners policy and it’s a business decision they have made, so I respect that.
That said, this place is still a solid 5 stars. Prices are reasonable, little kid parties held here are perfect, and short of Disneyland, this is probably the most fun they will/​have had in a long time. Good job!
