Please don’t have your hair cut here! Their customer service is horrible and made us wait so long without giving any attention to us. They also cut my long hair that i wanted to keep long 3 inches shorter than what I wanted and the layers I asked them to cut were too short than what I had told them! I’m very sad, angry and disappointed at the quality of their work. The one who cut my hair was also inexperienced. They also kept talking in Spanish so I didn’t know what they were talking about regarding my hair. When i said i felt they were cutting it too short, she just said it looked like that from the front but not from the back. The layers are also too short causing my hair to fly away. I wanted to keep the feminine touch my hair gave me before but now it has the opposite effect D:

Not a great place to cut hair anymore, since it seems as they always switch up their stylist. Once you get a haircut, the next few days – it comes out completely different. I am not too sure whats going on. I used to come here when I was in college and now, lack of experiences on the stylist is not as good as before. I always ask for a trim/layers and the haircuts always come out to be not as appealing as before.

I went in to chop off all my hair– it was a few inches past my shoulders and I wanted a pixie cut. Being as impulsive as I am, I wanted to do it right when I decided. I was a little hesitant about getting it done at the mall but worst case was that I hated it and just got a buzz cut. I went upstairs to Regis who told me they didn’t have anyone to do short hair like this until next week(even though I called to schedule the appointment and was told they could do it last night). So I walked downstairs to master cuts and talked to the lady there who was apparently the manager(and also just an amazingly nice and fun person). So, I ended up having the manager cut my hair and let me tell you– she was AMAZING. Not only was she fun to talk to and easy to get along with, but she took her time and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. She talked me through each step she was doing and my friend who came with me gave her input as well as me. She was by far the best stylist I have EVER been to. I wish I remembered her name! But she’s the manager there. She was so fantastic, she’s going to be my new hair lady. My hair turned out so great and was totally what I wanted. I would highly recommend going here to get your hair cut.

The good: Quick and easy and very affordable! for those who don’t want to spend much on a haircut, this is great The bad: I realized after I came home that the cut was uneven so I had to take scissors to my own hair to even it out. Also they don’t blow dry your hair after. It’s not something I care that much about, but I suspect most people would… They closed for a few days this year due to increase in rent by the mall. However, they are now back. I hope they can up their game to draw more customers because I’d like them to stay in business. Plus Ulta is now closed so maybe they’ll have more customers?

We came her to get my almost 2 year old son’s hair cut, but ended up going elsewhere. I have no idea if they are any good because the staff never once said a word to us. Not even to ask us if they could help us when we walked in. The lady who was sitting folding towels could have at least said hello. I assume she worked there. After about 5 minutes of silence, we left. Customer service is important, but we didn’t feel as if we were potential customers with their lack of acknowledgement.

So me and my girlfriend went to get our nails done across the street in the little plaza, while sitting there we were both like lets get haircuts!!! We walked to master cuts and they were busy, so we decided to get dinner. While finishing dinner we called, and Emily answered the phone, it’s was about 7:15, she said she can fit us both in at 8… Yay!!! So we happily went back over at 8, and she was very sweet, knowledgeable, and like any good hair stylist made us feel like she was our therapist and we could tell her anything lol. We will both definitely be back!!! Thanks Emily!

If there was a choice for no star I would have given this place no stars. I took my son for a cut since we were doing some shopping and figured we would get him a quick cut. WORST experience! The lady clearly had no idea how to cut hair. She missed a huge section on the side of my sons head. And then on the other side she cut a section super short, so he looks like he’s missing hair. «Master cuts???» Not so much. Now I know why it was empty, because you will have to go somewhere else and fix it. Does training and development not exist any more? Beware. DONOTGOINTOTHISPLACE, YOUWILLREGRETIT.

This place is terrible! Just stopped by and the place is dead, still didnt want to cut my hair because they were«busy». How is it possible that a haircut place with no clients would deny a client. I will never come here again. Wish i could give a negative star. That isnt even the first time i was denied when it was dead. So much for second chances

No stars given. not even one.(Ok.apparently i have to give at least one. ew!) Smh. Do NOT go here. I repeat .do NOT go here! This chic murdered my hair! It was the simplest cut ever and I’m still trying to figure what the f**k she did! It’s horrible. I was supposed to have side swept bangs… I got a little bit… nothing is blended, and I mean nothing. The layers look like shit. Now I see why you allowed me to leave with wet hair! Not only did I get a crappy cut. but she was talking about another employee walkong off the job as soon as another worker walked in… AND she took a break from cutting my hair to fuckin eat.

I went in for a wash blow dry while visiting my son from la. I took my tiffany earrings off for the wash and forgot them, when I went back less than 10 minutes later, they were gone. I’m sure One of those girls made out with my earrings! I wrote an email and still haven’t received a reply, Very disappointing

Rikki took care of me. I asked for a layered trim and she delivered. She listened to my needs. She was detail oriented with wisps in my hair and took her time being as it was busy and the holiday season. The customer service was not handled very well. First of all, she(the hair stylist) said she was a stoner in high school and did not graduate… which was unnecessary and random. Second, She started with my haircut then 5 minutes in the process, a customer wanted to buy shampoo. So, she left me for about 15 minutes WAITINGINTHECHAIR, while she took care of this other customer who bought stuff. Third, I asked her if she could blow dry my hair for like a two minutes and she says«I don’t have time to blow dry your hair since I’m the only one here and this guy just walked in.» LAST, she didn’t even know how to use the cash register/computer. I was literally standing there for about 7 minutes waiting for her to give me a simple receipt. I guess, she did an okay job on my hair, but paying $ 17.95 was not worth the customer service. She left me for 15 minutes to deal with another customer THEN she doesn’t even blow dry my hair! What the heck! Lame. Go get a haircut at a different location.

I went here once about a month ago and had a coupon for a haircut. At first I was disappointed because I felt like she didn’t do much to my hair. I asked for a trim and to soften my layers. I have really thick hair and its hard to find someone that won’t my it super choppy looking. After I got home and blow dried it(she didn’t even blow dry my hair btw). I was more satisfied and could tell the difference. Today I went in, again for a coupon for a hair cut but I also wanted to have my highlights touched up. It’s been about 3 months since my last highlight so I want to get a full. The website has a list of services and a full is listed as $ 59 and up. The woman(different from the first time) laughed and said it was going to be $ 165! I told her about the online price and showed her and she still refused to price match… Even when I told here I knew it wasn’t going to be 59 on account of my super thick hair. She still refused and made me feel awful for even bringing it up. I ended up not even getting my hair cut because I wasn’t comfortable having her cut it. She was obviously pissed because I wasted her time. My mom and sister both left with me… They lost a lot of business today.

Very horrible service by far. My niece stepped into this place to get her hair colored and the result was very far from good. She came home, we saw her hair and it seemed like almost nothing even differed from her hair. She walked into this salon by herself so i didn’t see how they did the work but I assume that because she was a child, they took advantage of the opportunity. The job was probably done very quickly and they didn’t give her the full attention she needed. This is after the fact that my niece paid so much for the work done and even gave a $ 20 tip. So to try and fix the problem, i walked back into the salon and ask if they could redo the work or even at the very least give her some more color, THEYDECLINED. They were very rude about it too. Next resort was to talk to the manager, the manner also DECLINED to do the work again. She also had the nerve to yell at me and say we won’t do it. This is just a very very big example of having no morals. People of this nature should have no business in working with people, let alone running an establishment. It is just plain unfair to the people who work so hard for their money and then get hit in the face with this kind of treatment!

If there were a rating below one star, I would give this place that rating. I don’t think I’ve had my hair cut at a place where the service is so slow before. The people are certainly nice enough, but this is just an incredibly inefficient operation I originally asked how long the wait would be and was told 30min. Ended up waiting over an hour. One of the stylists was giving a child’s haircut and I’ve never seen someone take more than a half hour to cut a little boy’s hair. Not to mention that between haircuts, the workers move at a snail’s pace working the registers or getting ready for the next customer. They also make no effort to acknowledge the waiting customers.

DO go here to get your haircut! Lots of parking and super friendly staff. If your looking for shampoos, conditioners and hair stuffs this place has it all. Everyone there can cut your hair just like you want it, just tell them how and it’s done. Call ahead to make an appointment or stop in and put your name and number on the list and they WILL call you! Loyal client for the past 2 years and wont let anyone else cut my hair!

My husband and I have visited here a couple of times now — Twice for husband and once for me. The first visit my husband had his hair cut and styled the hairdresser done a fantastic job — really thorough. Believe it was done by the manager and my husband was very happy which isn’t easy to accomplish with hairdressers! His hair isn’t the easiest to cut either. As well as getting the best hair cut he’s had in all the time I’ve known him he also got some free style product. Bargain for $ 18 or so. 4 weeks later we both went back to have basic cuts and although both hairdressers done an ok job it wasn’t as good as the first time but then it wasn’t the same person. Although the stylist doing my hair cut out my original style(boooo!) she did check and then double checked it was all straight and proportionate. Plus, I like the fact that she just got on with the cutting — no silly questions making small talk. I was there for a cut after all, not to make friends. Overall fairly pleased with the results, for the price I didn’t expect too much anyhow. I think from now on we will be requesting it be done by the manager though… she must be overrun with customers. But if you find a good hairdresser you want to keep hold of them. Location is also very convenient with plenty of parking. Appointments are not always necessary but if you do walk in without one, expect a wait — especially on a Saturday.
