I just had a pedi and a shellac mani done with Vicky. I would say Vicky is AMAZING. She gave the best pedi ever, and the shellac mani came out beautifully. She’s very honest and makes great recommendations on what types of shellac products you should use for having healthy nails. Highly recommend Vicky for everyone.

I love going to see Vicky at Bellagio. I followed her from another place because she is that good. She is very thorough and does a fantastic job with my shellac mani and pedicure. The place is very clean and quiet even though its right on el camino. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible customer service!!! We went here to get pedicures, they started on me and my friend had to sit in cold water. They had an appointment but didn’t tell us and then the owner takes the lady who just walks in without acknowledging us. When we asked when u will work on both of us they never replied. And even though I didn’t get a complete pedicure they still charged us $ 23. Horrible customer service terrible nail salon if I could give it zero stars I would.

This is the nail place for me! I have been coming to Kim for many years now and she always does an amazing job with my mani, pedi and eyebrows! These ladies make you feel welcomed and treat you like family… It’s rare to find a place where you feel like they care about you and want you to leave happy :) Kim and Vicky are my go to ladies!

So impressed with how Kim always takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I love the fact that they are open 7 days a week-​this makes it so nice to get an appointment. Kim wants to make sure you are happy before you leave and is always willing to fix anything (I’m always messing up my nails) LOL. Give her a chance you won’t be disappointed!

One of the best nail salon I’ve been to. The staffs are super nice and friendly. The place looks very nice, relaxing and absolutely clean. They used everything disposable, including nails files, buffer, and even the pumices and the foot files. They also used disposable liner for each individual client, it is a plus. I had a pedi and mani with them a couple weeks ago, and my polish still look very fresh and shiny. I highly recommend this place for everyone. Will definitely come back

I went here about a month ago and let me just say, by far the worst full set I have ever gotten!
First of all I showed up without an appointment and they were willing to take me on since there was no one there.
BUT before I began the door was locked when I tried to come in ! The set was horrible, it was not even, I tried telling the lady if she can fix that. And she said I would have gotten a mani?! and was saying it in a nice way but why would I get a mani when I WANT a full set!!?
THEN, I Came back, I’m a person who like to give people second chances, I did come in. maybe she was rushing and wanted to go home? Well I showed up earlier one day and AGAIN the door was locked !!! They opened and they asked how can we help? I said I wanted a full set refill and they said we CANT! When there was two girls one was doing a pedi and the other one was just watching and they said to come back some other day!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!

I live right across the street. Decided to stop by because I didn’t want to drive to my regular place. We walked in and were given a blank look. Asked for a pedicure and wax. After the two woman talked to each other they finally told me to have a seat. She filled the water and I placed my feet in. I sat there and waited as the two woman put their lunch together, sat down and ate.
After waiting for what seemed like forever, I got up and left. They asked us to stay but we left and now I’m sitting here in Belmont enjoying my pedicure at the place I usually go too.
Next time they need to communicate better as to what they’re doing and show better customer service!

Went back 3 full weeks later for a fill, and have another set of awesome nails! My first set still looked good, albeit grown out. Not one nail had fallen off, and only one was lifting at the corner a little. So she only had to take off and replace one nail. It is such a nice salon, the fountain is calming and I love the TV shows they play. Kim does great work, more like art really. I always feel so comfortable, almost like I could fall asleep in the chair… even got a free soda. I will continue to go here to see Kim, and maybe get another treatment, as they do pedis and waxing too. Love them!

First bad review I’ve ever wrote.
I went here because of a Groupon– 44.99 for Royal Shellac manicure & Shellac pedicure with Dead Sea minerals. I called to make a reservation almost 2 weeks ahead and referenced the Groupon. I showed up 10 mins early as they were getting a seat ready for a walk in… Then they stared at me blankly, and told him to come back in 30 mins… Imagine if I showed up on time? I then still had to wait 20 mins past my appointment time with no apology. Then I was told the Groupon was a typo– the pedicure wasn’t Shellac. There was nothin Royal about my services.
The lady (who’s name I didn’t get) was gruff and rough, also when I pointed out there was something under the Shellac that created a bump, she didn’t even fix it properly… Drawing blood on both my fingers and toes!!! Without any apology!!! She talked on her Bluetooth half the time. I’m a new mom and this is one of the first opportunities I had to get some pampering and it was horrible!!! I don’t even bother to talk to a manager, I just wanted to leave.
Don’t go there!!!

I’ve never left a negative review but wow… my adult daughter and I stopped by on a lark for gel pedicures. My daughter’s toe got cut and a couple of hours later she had to take off her shoes because her toes hurt so badly. The woman working on mine cut into my cuticles so deeply that I was up in the middle of the night with throbbing toes and had to apply neosporin. Truly awful. And by the time we each realized what they were doing and asked them to stop it was too late and they were dismissive.
23 hours later our toes are still sore.

I don’t write many reviews, but this was worth the effort. I’ve been looking for a new salon in town so I’ve tried several local businesses. I’m very particular, so not many have lived up to my standards. I’m also hard on my hands and need my mani to last.
I’m happy to say that my manicure by Connie last Sunday (8 days ago) still looks FABULOUS except for the growth of the nail, of course. Not a single chip! I got several compliments today and no one could believe it was 8 days old.
As for the business itself, it has recently changed management (apparently again), and David is the new proprietor. He owns several small businesses and spent time asking me what would make me want to return, what is important to me as a customer. Wonderful start to the visit. Then his mother, the aforementioned Connie, did my manicure. She was thorough, gentle and meticulous. I was not rushed, and the end result was lovely. My pedicure was by an older lady whose name I did not catch, and although it looked very nice she did not quite trim my ingrown nail sufficiently and I had to redo it myself (ouch).
Overall I think David and Connie are running a class act, and seem to have the customers happiness in mind. It is clean, reasonably priced, and attention is paid to the details which I feel is important. I will definitely be going back.
the ⁴⁄₅ stars is because no one can start at the top, there would be no room for improvement. And even the best can do even better (is that uppity to say?!)
Oh, and they let me watch the World Cup the whole time without interrupting with too much chitchat!

If your nails look nappy and feet feel crappy then go make them happy — at Bellagios!
My Mom and I came here when Bellagio first opened. It’s been awhile and we returned today for a Mom/​son pedi-​party date. The salon is just how I remembered it — colorful and cheerful! The atmosphere here is a lot different than other nail salons I’ve been to. Let me point out a few highlights:
— The salon is quiet. You’ll find MORE chit chatting going on with the customers than the workers. Your nail technician will focus on you and your needs. I was blessed to have Kim today and my Mom had Connie. They are the new proud owners and very welcoming. Most salons I have been to the workers talk NON STOP and loud in other languages, point, stare and make you wonder what they are saying about you (and you know they are!) during your visit… You won’t find that here. It’s relaxing and respectful. You’ll also get asked (a lot) how things feel. It’s charming really but they want to make sure you are happy the entire time you are there.
— The massage chairs are hands down the BEST massage chairs I have ever been in. They get all the way up the neck and head which is a major bonus especially for migraine sufferers. The chairs hit the right spots. You won’t want to leave them!
— They do not rush you during your treatments. It’s best to call and make appointments. If you get there and no one is available you will have to wait because they will not rush whoever they are working on just to finish fast. I LIKE that they do this, it shows they take time with each person and everyone gets what they came for, paid for and deserve. Appointments are easy, just call and they will fit you in.
— The nail salon is set up like a little European color-​burst with hanging rainbow lights and butterflies, a fountain with gems, wall art and flower décor. The foot baths have changing lights too. The entire set up is adorable and the salon is clean :)
— Average nail salon prices in a much more enjoyable environment than most nail salons. They offer a deluxe organic pedicure using the Nu Skin pedicure product line for $ 35. I got this one and it was very invigorating. You get a series of different foot/​calf scrubs, massage and hot stone massages too. I bought in my own non toxic nail polish from Whole Foods and they were happy to use it on me. My Mom got the basic pedicure for $ 25 and was pleased as well.
— I like that they have a fridge with mini water bottles for your drinking pleasure and candy on the counter for those of you who like to get your sweet tooth fixed (lol)
— MALE accepting — no judgement, odd looks or side chatter. I came in there cross dressed in teenage/​junior feminine clothes with a beard and hairy legs and they could CARE LESS.
— When you buy 10 mani/​pedis you get 1 free pedicure. They will give you a card and stamp you with a butterfly every mani/​pedi you buy. We didn’t get manis but we got pedis so they gifted us a card with 1 butterfly stamp which was kind of them!
— Easy to find with El Camino street parking or parking in back.
Show the new owners some support and love and treat yourself to some pampering at Bellagio.

I have been coming here for over a year now and not only are the ladies doing the nails super sweet, but they really take care of you and all for the low cost of a pedicure of $ 20 (basic). But if you want more pampering, add $ 5 and they’ll wrap your feet in hot soothing wax so you feet leave feeling silly and sleek (no weird residue).
Most other places cost much more and the service is *meh*. I really like this place, it’s now my go-​to (plus there’s an oil changer right next door so I drop off my car for an oil change while Im getting my nails done)
I recommend this place a lot even though it may not look like much from the outside. Super clean, free beverages, nice ambiance and they’ll take you all the time.
5 stars in my book!

So far I’m getting consistently fab pedis. I’ve also learned about a special solution available for people like me who get thick calluses from going barefoot year-​round, which can easily lead to dangerous cracking. The solution is painless and, combined with rigorous scrubbing, does wonders. Thanks to Julie, my feet are happier than ever!

One of the best nail salons I’ve been to! The interior is nicely designed and the ambiance is very pleasant and relaxing. I was greeted by the new owner, Michelle, and she was very friendly and accommodating.
I was seated and Michelle began working on my feet and a very nice employee named Julie joined her and began working on my hands. I absolutely appreciate how they talked to me and made me feel comfortable. My experience in some nail salons I’ve been to were very awkward because employees would often speak amongst themselves, mostly in a different language. They also offer complimentary refreshments while they do your nails.
I came in expecting a simple mani-​pedi but they were generous and gave me a complimentary paraffin treatment for my feet. How kind of them! They are under new management so they want to take good care of their customers and I greatly appreciate that. Hopefully, people won’t demand free additional services in the future from these lovely people. They prioritize customer service and making their clients feel at home and that is very rare for nail salons.
My feet and hands were very happy :) I’ll be back, thanks to Michelle and Julie!
THIS PLACE IS A GEM!
Do not be deceived by the past Unilocal ratings, the previous owner seemed like he/​she didn’t care about the customers. Michelle is great! She and her employees will take good care of you and your needs.

Clean, friendly staff, free wifi, free bottled drinks, free paraffin foot wax with the mani/​pedi, and lots of OPI polishes to choose from — overall an excellent experience. I had a Groupon but as I work down in San Jose, I called and asked if I could come in for a 5.30pm appointment even though they close at 6 — they said no problem! Due to traffic, I ended up coming in only 10 minutes before they close but they were so understanding and cool with it, and didn’t rush me at all.
I upgraded to a gel French manicure and their prices were in line with other places — $ 15 for shellac/​gel upgrade, and $ 5 for French. The reason I didn’t give five stars were:
— French tip shaping could be slightly better. They asked me to check the length on one finger which was fine, but when I got home, I noticed that the shape on a couple fingers wasn’t perfect — partially my fault for not paying more attention while I was there, but still…
— Paraffin wax was a bit too hot when they applied it
— Ultraviolet (or whatever) machines to dry the gel rather hot at the end, which I’ve never experienced before. If I wasn’t careful, I could have burned myself
That said, they gave me a reasonable price on future mani/​pedis, and as it’s so close to my house, I’d likely visit again.
Note: street parking can sometimes be a bit difficult to find, but they have a small lot in the back.

There was no problem making an appointment. which is nice… since I wanted a last minute mani and pedi.
I had 1 lady worked on my mani while another one worked on my pedi. The pedi deserves a 3 star (average, nothing special. but the mani deserves a 1 star!
The lady worked on my hand cut me TWICE (yes, i bled) and she didn’t take the time to make sure my nails is rounded …
Overall, it was not a great experience. I am not sure if they have changed ownership (again). but I will not be returning…
