Greg Burall — Project Supervisor

Mr. Burall is the future of Complete Drying. Greg has over 5 years professional experience in the Water, Sewer and Mold industry, with the latest in Methamphetamine (Meth) lab Clean Up. Greg is on the front line of our company, being the go to person between clients, insurance companies and both of Complete Drying’s offices. Greg’s background started in the maintenance of apartment buildings. While Greg was on his way to perfect his skill in the restoration business, he was called to duty for the Marine Corps. Greg has done 2 tours of duty to Iraq to serve our country. All of us at Complete Drying are very proud to have a member of the armed forces on our team.

We had a broken pipe that resulted in a flood in our home. As much as this situation is unfortunate, Complete Drying made it easy for us to deal with it. They were there within an hour of our call, had all the drying machines set up and running in no time.
Because of responsiveness and professionalism of Greg and the team, the damage to our house was minimal and we are back home only a few days later.
If you want to make dealing with a difficult situation at home such as a flood as smooth as possible, call these guys. They will take good care of you and the property.
They also worked with our home insurance company directly, which was nice, and were there every day to check on the progress of the drying and make sure we are not staying out of the house longer than truly necessary.

Water Mold & Sewage Remediation is what this company is all about!
I had a massive city caused sewage spill in both my front and back yards. Complete Drying was hired to remove approx 8 yards of soil, take out both the front and back lawns, and repeatedly treat the soil with an environmentally friendly product. They were friendly, informative, professional, and used all the safety precautions one would expect.
They say «S**t Happens» and it did happen here, but at least Complete Drying made their part of the clean up easier for me. I highly recommend them.
