THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to Tony & Copenhagen Balloons & Promotions. To make a long story short, I didn’t place an order with them (like I said, loooooong story) it was going to be for Lucy’s 5^th birthday at the house. But Tony didn’t want me to be totally disappointed so he stuck a few of the specific doggy balloons (paw print) in a envelope and mailed them to me. Tony said if I wanted I could sent him back a couple of bucks, which I most certainly will.
I can’t believe there are truly that genuinely nice and gracious people, who don’t want to ruin persons day.
I am most grateful and thankful, Tony. And hope we can do business together in the future.
God bless you, Tony. I’m sure God will reward you when you reach Heavens pearly gates. You’ve payed forward… Already.

Tony and his assistant did an incredible job on the balloons for our event! I gave him a basic idea of what I wanted and from there he used his talents to create a festive environment for our event. He’s thorough and professional and he understands how to get the most out of your budget! The balloons truly helped make ours a successful event! We will be using him again!

I’ve used Tony several times (and growing). He always has amazing ideas (no matter the budget) and always takes my ideas to another level. He has fit me in during the busy times with Graduations and things going on and has excellent communication when it comes to what he needs to do the best job possible.
I too had the $ 100 minimum conversation when I first called but did not let that deter me. I think the bad comment individuals may have had played their share in their own problems because Tony has answered EVERY one of my phone calls and emails the same day, even when busy~kudos for that!
Keep doing what your doing Tony, it’s why you’ve been in business for 24 years and thank you for all you do on a consistant basis!

Thanks Tony for posting a comment. I never got your email so you probably wrote it down incorrectly if you did in fact send me an email that is. Businesses do make mistakes so don’t try to make your one and two star reviewers look like liars when you in fact made mistakes.

Tony at Copenhagen Balloons is awesome and the service that he provides is great. I am not an expert on balloons but whenever I am managing an event and need decorations I call on Tony.
Simply tell describe the theme, color scheme and your total budget and Tony will describe all sorts of options that you never considered. It also helps to view their website before calling just so you have an idea of what you are looking for and balloon type.

Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience with Copenhagen Balloons. I spoke with Tony and was at first very hopeful for a great experience; he was helpful and knowledgeable about his product, and his prices were reasonable.
However, he was very-​and I cannot stress that «very» is a VERY big understatement– dominant in conversation and quite pushy. He semi-​listened to my needs, but in the end was unable to deliver. He referred me to two other balloon businesses in the area-​both, were actually very kind but they were both out of town– and then Tony never returned my phone calls. He was well aware of my urgency and a courtesy phone call in return would have been considerate, or at the very least, would have proved this to be a reputable business. I just got the impression that he was no longer interested in taking on the job.
My experience was quite unfortunate as we would have been future clients (we often host parties/​events). What’s more unfortunate is the friend who recommended me to him is now sorry she did so– leaving more than just one customer with a sour experience.

I was extremely happy with the work Tony and his crew did. They were professional, punctual, easy to get a hold of and do an amazing job. My baby shower balloons were absolutely gorgeous! I couldn’t have asked for more? Thank you Tony!

Great experience.
We went here for our party at the San Mateo Expo center. A short meeting got us around $ 800 dollars worth of balloons. They mixed and matched stuff for us and followed a theme that we gave them. We loved the LETTERED balloons that represented the name of our party. Also those big 2 ft balloons were awesome too.
Come here if you want to be very creative and decorate your party. They won’t let you down.

Didn’t know what to do for centerpieces for my son’s bar mitzvah party and while sitting with Tony and as he spoke and showed me options, I had it figured out! He’s amazing and great working with a professional. He takes all the stress out of party planning.

He is very thorough and super eager to help you. He’s totally willing to help you with whatever budget you have (and I think my budget was only about $ 200.) His team was fast, efficient, and friendly.
Above all, the quality he delivered was spectacular. Our son’s birthday party was by far the most well-​decorated party of all the (four or five) parties in Central Park that day. I will definitely call Tony again for any future parties we may have.

I called Tony at Copenhagen literally two days ago to create a very cool balloon sculpture of my mother in law. He delivered and it was a huge success.

Tony at Copenhagen Balloons does an amazing job in a variety of venues. He is very creative. They will also work within whatever budget you have. He can do very large events and also smaller ones.
