Found Mario through Ford auto body repair for my small dent job. Mario answered my call and booked me an appointment right away. Mario was very professional and very communicative. His prices are competitive and he is very talented in his work, you can tell he loves what he does.
He really knows how to manipulate metal! He save me money and the hassle taking my van to a body shop and having to rent another vehicle while mine is being repaired. He comes right out to your home to do his work.

I found Mario on Unilocal and I couldn’t be happier. The guy came to my house and was super professional. Did a spectacular Job. I honestly have no idea how he did what he did. The guy is an an absolute artist. I can’t say enough good things about his work. I would highly recommend him and he is vert trustworthy.

Okay, so this is a bit of a rant, but I feel justified!
So I bought this highlander with a dent in the tailgate. The standard body shop guys quotes me for replacing the whole part (about $ 2000) or just said they can’t do it. I got some references to «dent artists» and met up with one of them who tried to pull (literally) the dent out, but that didn’t work.
Eventually I called these guys. A guy named Mario came to my home and worked on the car for about three hours. Basically what he did is take out the plastic panel from the inside and use the access holes in the body to bang the thing back straight. It’s quite a difficult task really, especially since the access is so difficult. He did a very good job and the dent almost went away completely. He did say off the bat that he will not be able to make it completely smooth because of the location of the dent etc. He did however promise to touch up the paint, which is where he lost two stars in my book.
On the day of the fix he said he didn’t have the paint at hand and that he would get it tomorrow. In my folly I believed him and paid in full (a fraction of the cost to replace the whole part). He never called back. I called him after a few days and he gave me some excuse about his son and this and that… I said okay and asked when he’ll come over to finish the job. He promised to get the paint from a body of his and give me a call in a couple of days. Yep, you guessed it, no call. I called after a couple of weeks, quite irked. He promised to come in a couple of days once he had the paint. Sure enough he didn’t. I tried calling a few more times but he basically screened me. No reply…
After a couple of months of this I got the point and went ahead and spent the $ 10 for a tube of touch up paint and did it myself.
It’s been six months or so since and I just now found his card, which brought it all back.
I’m still upset at myself for having paid in full before the job was complete, but I guess a $ 10 lesson is not too painful. I hope the two star demerit was worth it Mario.
