Infinite Body Health

Dr. Minet is more than just a chiropractor. She is a life-​changer. As a 22 year old recent college grad with severe lower back pain, I attributed my pain to too many hours spent studying. I could barely bare to sit for more than a few hours, which definitely interrupted my daily work life. After seeing Minet the first visit she assured me that my pain was not due to endless hours of studying, but encouraged me to get x-​Rays to find the real cause, and thus find a solution for my pain. Turns out she was right in guessing my spine was experiencing some more severe issues including having slight kyphosis, scoliosis and my neck being severely pushed forward. Although this came as a shock, I knew I was in good hands as Minet immediately set up a plan to resolve and correct all my issues. The pain started to subside almost immediately, it is now only a few months later and I experience no pain! My spine is getting corrected, I feel better, have better posture and can say with 100% positivity it is all because Minet.
She not only helped correct my spine and eliminate my pain, but encouraged me to love my body in every way, shape and form. She helped me with my nutrition, and is now my personal trainer. In a few months I went from having severe back pain and feeling constantly weak to feeling healthy, strong and in control of my body. I can now squat 45 pounds, do chest presses, dead lifts and all sorts of physical challenges I thought I would never be strong enough to do. I know that I’m physically a better and stronger person because of Minet, but she also helped me realized my inner strength. Long story short, she’s the best chiropractor I’ve ever seen and I encourage anyone and everyone to see her.

Have been a competitive athlete throughout high school and college and am now an active crossfitter. I’ve accumulated many injuries and have had chronic pain for the last ten years. Have tried various physical therapists, chiropractors and sports medicine specialists but have only had temporary relief. I began going to Minet a few months ago and have noticed a substantial improvement in a lot of my chronic pain (knees/​low back) and seem to be finally dealing with the root of the issues. Her knowledge and expertise in Chiropractic work as well as sports in general has given me the confidence to know that I am on the right track finally. I’ve also recently been able to take my working out to the next level because of these improvements.
Since going I have also had my dad go to her for his long time chronic back pain (much worse than my issues, he has structural issues). He had gone to many many PT’s and Chiros with no success at all. But this time around with Dr. Minets help he has seen a substantial improvement in only a few weeks and she has even helped him finally take his health seriously by putting him on a diet and exercise regimen (something that has been impossible to do the last few years for him).
Would definitely recommend Minet to anyone who is trying to get their mind and body to an optimal state!

I’ve had about 4 chiropractors in my life and each one makes me despise chiropractors more and more. Minet definitely changes the name for chiropractors because she doesn’t just do the lame adjustments that your body will probably mess up in a matter of hours. She really goes out of the norm and fixes you up with different tools and techniques that make the biggest of differences to your body.
I’m a competitive Olympic weightlifter/​Crossfitter and I train about 11x/​wk. I’ve been accumulating to my most recent injury from just life activities such as playing intense dodgeball and a concussion from the home pull up bars. At my last competition, I strained almost every muscle in my right upper body and I could barely even hold chopsticks or write for a week and a half. I saw Minet right away and by my second meeting with her, I was able to put on my clothes pain free. I have high standards for a lot of things and believe me when i say Minet is the shit! I’d recommend everyone to go to her. ;)

So I’m a competitive Olympic weightlifter that prioritizes lifting weights 5 – 6 days a week. As such, I need to make sure my body is in prime condition. I was dealing with an injury that set me back and I decided to be proactive and see Minet 2 times per week for about a month. Never have I experienced a chiropractor that put together an organized game plan to get me lifting in such a short amount of time. Spending this month with her, I was able to recover fully quicker than I ever would have imagined. The amount of time and energy she spends on her clients is amazing and raises the standard for all other chirporactors. She is by far the most thorough and doesn’t just focus on the spine but also on the extremities (limbs, feet, hands, etc). She doesn’t just focus on fixing your pain either, she also believes in the longevity of your body and will do everything to prolong it. If you care about your health, body, performance, etc, then pay her a visit. You won’t regret it!

Dr. Sepulveda is awesome. I first met her at Crunch Redwood City where she was a trainer. I explained my past medical history to her and she knew what my situation was. I trained with her for 10 sessions and WOW ! I learned alot. I never saw or cared about seeing a Chiropractic. Here it is a few years later and my lower back has been bothering for quite some time. I decided to get in touch with her. She knew the issues I have been having and she’s been adjusting me. My lower back pain has been going away with her adjusting me and the exercises she has given me to do at home. It’s been great. I will continue see Dr. Sepulveda. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you very much Dr.Sepulveda.

I met Minet at a local Crossfit gym that she was conducting. After going through some movements she knew exactly what kind of issues I had before I could explain them to her. When I went in for my first appointment I got out with way more than I thought I would have. I have been to other chiropractors but none like this one. Every session with Minet is a HUGE learning experience and you find out so much more about your own body and the capabilities that you have. I went in with a few issues on my feet, shins, hip and shoulder. Only two months in, my hip is at a 98% and my shin splint issues are at a 100%. From the hardcore sessions to the at home exercises, Minet has been such a blessing. She truly is all about what she does and only wants you to succeed and do great things. She can definitely help you get to where you want to be.

Found Minet through my local Crossfit gym. She was able to help me through a back injury & other sports injuries I had just learned to deal with. She is truly passionate about her profession, health and fitness. She is amazing! So happy to have found her.

Dr. Minet is amazing. A few years ago I spent 4 months in physical therapy for knee pain. When it returned this year I went to Infinite Body Health. Dr. Minet fixed in one appointment what took 4 months in physical therapy. Now that is incredible!

Dr. Minet did an amazing job with me today! She was able to adjust me so that I was back in balance with my body. I am preparing for a fitness competition and my training is very intense everyday. Dr, Minet was able to assess the areas that felt tight on me and make the necessary adjustments so that I could find relief and continue onward with my training effectively. She spent time with me practicing my posing for my upcoming competition. Do you even even lift Bruh? Seriously if you do, I recommend seeing Dr. Minet to help maintain your overall body health. After my sessions, I have seen improvements in my posture and performance. I was hitting a plateau in my snatch movement due to lack of mobility in the shoulders. Shortly after my last session, I was able to hit a personal record! If you train hard in any sport, I recommend seeing Dr. Minet to keep you aligned and moving correctly.

My daughter sent me to Dr. Minet a year ago when I had hip pain so bad I could barely walk. X-​rays and MRI’s showed no structural damage or arthritis and regular doctors had no suggestions. I was so uncomfortable I had to use a scooter to get around stores and parking lots and I envisioned myself spending the rest of my life that way. After six weeks with Dr. Minet I could move and walk pain free. Since then, with regular adjustments, exercise and better eating, I feel ten years younger. She is a miracle worker and she cares about your total body health, not just the immediate pain.

I started seeing Dr Minet a couple of years ago when I had trouble in my right leg and couldn’t run. She help me thru and since I have been able to participate in 6 half marathon and still going. My son and I first started seeing Dr. Sepulveda about 7 years ago after a car accident. With her treatments we had a full recovery free from pain. About 6 month ago my back started to hurt again. After seen other Doctors, having X-​Rays, MRI, talking steroids, pain pills, muscle relaxers, physical therapy and epidural shots my pain was not getting any better. I was hard and very painful to follow my daily life activities. I couldn’t even sleep with out waking up 3 to 4 times at night due to the pain.
I finally decide to come and see Dr. Sepulveda it is incredible that after my first appointment I was able to sleep without taking any medications. After only 3 appointments my pain has decrease tremendously. With her passion, different technics and dedication about her work she has help me a lot more in two weeks than everything I have tried in the past six months. Dr. Minet is absolutely wonderful. She works holistically to fix whatever ailment you seem to be chronically suffering from. I have been working with her on and off for several years now and whenever I stop seeing her for whatever reason it is, I can feel the difference and always end up right back at her doorstep because she knows what she is doing! I have been to several other chiropractors after suffering some severe injuries with competing in crossfit and fracturing my tailbone and she is the only one who not only treats the pain but fixes the problem and doesn’t just offer some cover up… She gets down to the nitty gritty and fixes you from the inside, out. Minet was instrumental in not only helping me with my injury due to heavy duty resistance training, she also educated me on the importance of proactive care mentality using advanced techniques that she applies in her practice.

Dr Minet is a life saver. I’m a horse trainer with multiple injures. When I went to first see Minet I was a mess. I had neck injuries and migraine headaches and alot of other issues. I think I would have to describe Dr. Minet as a walking Health Encyclopedia. Yet that is by far only one of her many wondeful atributes. She is passionate about helping her patients as well as the community through Chiropractic Care and Education. When I first began to see Dr. Minet I had problems sleeping and it was really affecting my energy levels and hate to say but also my mood. As soon as she started adjusting me, I slept like a baby and still do to this date. Oh and another perk… I began to lose weight! Just like that! Dr. Sepulveda is a holistic chiropractor who is whipping me into the best shape of my life. .. and I literally mean SHAPE. Based on X-​Rays and a few other diagnostics, Dr. Sepulveda devised a treatment plan consisting of a series of pre-​scheduled adjustments, at-​home and in-​office exercises, and in-​office traction. (I’m dealing with serious alignment problems caused by a car accident I had decades ago; the neck injury was never properly treated, and I’ve had chronic shoulder and back pain ever since.)
Since beginning treatment, I feel much younger. My husband says I look younger too. I agree. I see it mostly in my face: I look more relaxed. I am also more flexible and more energetic. I sleep more soundly. My shoulders don’t ache. I could go on. It’s truly astounding how proper spinal alignment helps the body heal itself.
And, I must add that there are also transformations that appeal to my vanity: The exercises Dr. Sepulveda gave me to strengthen my back have whittled my waist and my tummy. Yea! The changes to the curvature of my upper back have improved the look of my shoulders. I love showing them off now. And the changes to the curvature my lower back allow me to do more squats with better form than I could before — this is great news for my booty!
Since working with Dr. Sepulveda, I recommend holistic chiropractic care to everyone I know. But if you live in the Bay Area, then go to Infinite Body Health! The office is located inside a Dance Studio building. The atmosphere is casual, yet still professional. Parking is a breeze. Dr. Sepulveda will treat your subluxations, teach you how to nourish your body with food and exercise, provide stress management techniques, and more. She really is as good as it gets!

Before meeting Minet, I had seen several chiropractors, nutritionist, and physical therapist all over the Bay Area to treat me for car accidents and athletic injuries. I’ve been with her for about 3 months now, and I’ve seen more improvements in my spinal and physical health with her than I had in the past 6 years with all the other doctors combined!
Her in-​depth of knowledge and expertise of the human body is absolutely astounding, and an asset to the medical community. I feel like I owe my life to her, and in my opinion, you’re not serious about you long term health unless Minet is your doctor!
