Needed some A4 paper ASAP today to print some legal documents on to ship internationally the same day. Staples, Office Depot, and Fed Ex Store didn’t have it and told me I could order it online. Not good enough! I found Kelly Paper Store though an online search, called them up, and they had it in stock and cheaper than the other stores’ online price! Saved the day! I will be looking to give them our business again in the future =) They have a huge parking lot and the entrance is in the back of the building, so be sure to pull into the driveway and park closer to the entrance.

While our society’s drive to be more ecological is ever-growing, we have to be honest. Paper isn’t going anywhere. Even as I write this review on my laptop, I have a paper notepad AND a notebook in my messenger bag. So, if you need any paper products, I highly recommend coming to Kelly Paper. A few weeks ago, I needed some special paper stock for work. Sure, I could have bought paper through an internet supplier, but I wanted to see and feel the paper before buying it. After calling Kelly Paper, they had a couple of different types in stock that would suit my needs. I went to their store, checked out their samples, and then purchased two different types of paper. When I started to run my job the next day at work, I noticed that one of the paper types that I purchased wasn’t as high quality as the other one. Even though I had already opened the package, Gary allowed me to return the unused paper and refund the full purchase price! That was very nice of him and has earned a customer for life!

Came here to look at what else, paper. Although the store is quite large, I didn’t find their inventory on paper and color that extensive. I did find some card stock that I liked so I bought one sheet samples($ 0.30/each). Pricing wasn’t too bad for a ream of paper. Plenty of parking available in a lot.

This paper store offers a great selection and the customer service is top notch. They carry copy and color paper in a variety of weights. The sizes are standard: legal, letter, 11×17, etc. You can only buy single sheets of 8.5×11 though; everything else comes in a ream. Gary helped me choose paper for DIY invitations and with his expert knowledge of the inventory, he saved me tons of time from pacing the aisles by myself.

Okay, I love this place. I come here sometimes on my lunch break just to walk around and look at all the wonderful paper available for a affordable price. I’m currently in the process of designing invitations for a friend’s wedding and found everything I needed here. True, the variety of «crafty» paper is limited, but for someone on a budget, this place is golden. The staff is very helpful when I need help and patient when I just want them leave me alone to browse and enjoy paper. :) The only other Kelly Paper I’ve been to is the one in Palo Alto(open weekends, yay). I think that store has more selection, but you just can’t beat proximity and convenience sometimes!

Exceptional customer service and overall paper knowledge. We are in the midst of creating our own invitations and the staff was more than willing to help us out and answered all of our questions(we’re paper newbies). Even though they knew we were interested in buying only a select few pieces of paper, they still treated us well. Great selection of basic paper products, but if you’re looking for something more crafty, stick with Michaels or Hallmark. FYI, entrance/parking is on the rear side of the building.

I’m not your average Kelly Paper customer, I was buying a few reams at a time for personal freelance projects. Sometimes I wish they had a little more variety, like some more colors and textures for more crafty projects… but they do what the do very well. I went in dozens of times to buy a little Classic Crest here, a little Classic Columns there, and they treated me just as well as the people buying cases and cases of paper for big industrial printing jobs. They even started recognizing me and giving me a discount. I have recently stopped doing my freelance work and I sort of miss going there.
