I work at USA National Title and have been working with Max since day one. He is incredibly knowledgeable and completely professional, and an absolute joy to work with! Max is ALWAYS working… and I think he eats Listings for breakfast?
His work ethic is admirable, he always has a great attitude and a sunny disposition on life in general, not to mention he is hilarious and has cutting edge marketing techniques! He is an expert in his field and has a very quick response time. Max is as good as it gets!

I just completed a sale of a very difficult «Distressed» Vacant lot that extended over almost 2-​years. It was in a Prime area, 1⁄3 of an Acre with a view, but had experienced a major Landslide, with ground Springs and other multiple problems, including neighbors intent on discouraging a sale of any kind. Our original Buyer flaked out after a year and Max Reinhardt, my faithful Realtor, continued on with several creative approaches, many hundreds of interested, potential Buyers inquiring as to the details, who needed to be weeded out from more serious/​knowledgeable ones. He finally pulled it off with a very acceptable price and terms, that also included a good Backup Offer.
Max is an outstanding Realtor with a great attitude, incredible energy and is an expert in his field. He is definitely top-​notch with vacant/​developer lands, but I’m sure he excels in any aspect of Real Estate. I am a retired Real Estate Broker and I know what I speak.

Not being from this area, I must admit that buying a house on the Peninsula was about as scary as it gets. Bloated valuations, cryptic local regulations, and a feeding frenzy of buyers with seemingly unlimited cash offers. I’ve gotten to know Max over the last few years of living in Belmont and find him to be one of the most knowledgeable realtors I have met. He knows the players, he knows the area, he knows the builders, he knows the zoning, and he has helped me navigate through one of the most important investments of my life. I’ve dealt with other realtors, real estate lawyers, and title insurance paper pushers over the course of buying 3 properties in my life. Experience has taught me that you need an advocate who has your back through this daunting process. Max is that true professional and a hard worker with your interest at stake. Full stop.

I was staging and cleaning a house for a senior lady in Castro Valley and the house was originally being sold by another realtor that botched the sale. The sale required a high attention to detail since there were lots of issues with the title which Max went out of his way to solve. My client had just had shoulder surgery and was in a quite a bit of pain so it was especially nice that he went that extra mile. Max made sure to have professional photographs taken of the house and marketed it very well. I know that he relieved a lot of stress that my client was feeling from the botched sale and made the process really easy for her. She’s a very sweet lady and I was glad to see her house sold taken care of properly.

Max is awesome! Ive known him for some time now and when it came time for my Girlfriend and I to buy a home in San Mateo, Max was super knowledgeable about the ins & outs of the area. If he didn’t know a particular answer to a concern that we had about a certain area we were looking in he went way above and beyond to find answers for us. We unfortunately started looking when the housing market went wild but alas over a little less than a year and many offers written we found the perfect little craftsman style house in N. Shoreview, and had it not been for Max finding the house and booking us literally the first appointment to view the house and meet the owners an hour or so after the MLS came up we might not have gotten it! We are both so pleased with the house and Maxes persistence in getting us a home to start the next chapter in our lives! Max is super responsive, and incredibly resourceful, and flexible. There might be better real estate agents out there, but it’s hard to see how. I just don’t see how anybody could be better than Max. Max is a very diligent worker and was extremely patient and respectful of all the characteristics I told him I was looking for in real estate.
