The guy who took my order was nice and fast to take payment. When I started eating it I heard a big crunch… I looked and it was a egg shall not a little piece but a big one so I don’t understand how they missed it

This place sucks! I ordered a happy meal and inside was a mutilated rat carcass filled with Apple dippers. What the heck are these people doing? Also instead of 12 dollars they charged my card 120 dollars twice! Don’t go

Unacceptable. I came at 5:30 which is the time they are open and unsurprised as I was, they were not open. I honked and drove by no one said anything until I called.

McDonald’s is gross that’s enough said. But every now and then it’s almost unavoidable. I give three stars for this location because the staff is friendly and always gets my order right. The people don’t control the food and I feel they deserve a little recognition for being good workers In the fast food industry

Obviously, this is McDonald’s so i’m not expecting too much. However, the customer service I received here was incredibly rude. Not necessarily the cashier(who didn’t greet me or say a word to me), but the woman who handed me my food. She proceeded to look me dead in the eye and handed me the burger without greeting me or saying«Thank You» as I drove away. The McD’s in Belmont has much better customer service. Again, not expecting too much but I just found the whole encounter to be odd and rude.

OK. It’s a McDonald’s. I haven’t noticed this place to be much worse than the average McD’s although I rarely get food here for a reason I’m about to explain. The reason I’m writing this review is to mention something that nobody else has mentioned: the place stinks! Literally. I had thought it might be the plumbing but I smelled something similar, but not as bad, at the McDonald’s on Whipple. No. I’t s not the food. :-) I might question whether I was being too sensitive to smells except that my wife, who doesn’t have a good sense of smell, has often asked to leave as soon as we get our drinks because the odor is too much for her. And this isn’t a recent problem. This odor problem has been going on for a long time. Updated: Just went into this place to grab a drink. Smell was worse than ever. Service was worse than the smell. An employee who wasn’t working was gabbing over the counter with the cashier, who ignored our presence. Never going back.

Love their French fries! You can keep your In n Out fries. I also love that their cheeseburgers, Big Macs, and all of their food has consistently tasted the same since my first McD’s meal as a child! It’s delicious!

This is a great McDonald’s. The tables are nice and clean, the seats are comfortable, and it’s located right by the ECR bus stop.

It’s a freakin’ McDonald’s so who cares about the reviews, right? No, I just have to write one because I am so upset right now. I HATEHATE seeing people get mistreated and that is exactly what happened here. There was a very old man who clearly did not speak English well trying to order a coffee. The cashier just kept yelling at him, «I don’t understand you! Speak English, you got to learn to speak English!!!’ So I told the cashier that he wants coffee because he repeated COFFEE like 8 times. So he got his coffee. Then he asks the cashier, „Sugar?“ and the same thing happened,“what do you want??? I don’t understand you…, speak English!!!» I would give this place negative stars if I could. The cashier just disgusted me.

I don’t think anyone expects too much from McD’s. That said, there are better ones and worse ones. This is probably the worst one I’ve been to. My order was completely messed up. It took a while to explain the problem. The person then had to go find an interpreter to tell the cook staff what they did wrong. The food quality was low, and the place was a dirty pigsty.

When did the price of a McDonald’s extra value breakfast meal become over $ 6? Kinda expensive and not a healthy breakfast choice either but sometimes it just hits the spot. Damn you egg mcmuffins, why do you have to be so darn delicious!

I went here thinking if I ask for fries no salt, the would give me some fresh tasty new ones? Oh hell no, they decided to re-fry the already cooked ones which pretty much erased the salt but were hard and crunchy and useless when I got home. Its the latin population that runs this spot and its almost like they take it as if it were their own pocket money that they gotta pinch and save any food as if it affected them personally. Lame and helllla lazy.

This has been my favorite Macs. there was a wonderously older woman clerk who was a doll! went out of her way to be personable n helpful. Today i got a young woman who couldnt speak or understand English. She wasnt friendly n acted impatient like it was my fault i couldnt understand her. Take her off the front counter. She got my order wrong. They play cool 70s music. Place is pretty clean n lots of parking. just get clear English speaking counter clerks n you re good to go:)

Why’s this McDonald’s so slow? I don’t get it. A McChicken sandwich with small fries isn’t a big deal but it took over 15 minutes for it to happen, but when you’re at the mercy of 11pm, you are McDonald’s bitch.

This is the McD’s I go to most often, sometimes for coffee or breakfast, sometimes lunch, and sometimes for smoothies on the way home. The parking lot is nice and big, the inside is clean, and I don’t have a problem with them messing up my order or being rude. The kids like the video games(though they are not always working) and the play structure(a little small and grubby for my taste but I’m pickier than the kids.) The biggest con is that it is so busy that the line for the drive-thru is huge around noon. To the strange reviewer waxing lyrical about the McD characters, we actually did run into Ronald McDonald here. He held a raffle and gave away a lot of freebies to the customers, some of them quite valuable. We didn’t win the raffle but he gave everyone something. My kids loved their plastic sunglasses from Ronald. A pleasant surprise. The San Mateo McD(with the inside play structure) is next closest but I have trouble getting a spot there(I guess we go there when it is raining and so does everyone else) and the lines are long.

I am writing one more review! McDonalid’s at 180 El Camino Real, San Carlos I am giving you 1 star out of pity. You deserve 0 stars in reality. I have had your burger 3 times and every time I eat I am convinced that I have a had better mcchicken at other McDonalds’. There is something different with the taste. I apologize if my taste buds are wrong, please let me know!

I dropped hubby off and traffic was looking unusually bad. I decided I needed some coffee to sustain me… and I wasn’t in the mood for an overpriced coffee from Starbucks.(don’t care if it’s 40% off and that it’s in EA) Found this place and thought I would be able to sit for a moment, snag some wifi for my iPad and have an iced coffee while I waited for traffic to clear up. Not so much. Incredibly drafty to the point of being freezing. It probably didn’t help that I was drinking iced coffee, either. Place was somewhat clean, but I couldn’t focus because I was shivering so badly from the cold. Maybe I’ll do the drive through next time, but for now I’ll look for a different McD’s to get my iced coffees from.
