Piano Solutions is a Piano Tuning and Repair company serving the San Francisco Bay Area for over twenty years. We are dedicated to delivering top quality service at reasonable rates. Piano techicians Tim Jasnau and Dave Gordon team up to service pianos in Los Altos, Palo Alto, San Mateo, San Francisco and everywhere in between! Our piano work is done by appointment. Day, evening, and weekend appointments available. We offer the complete range of Piano Services you might need including tuning, repair, restoration, appraisals, pre-​purchase evaluations and more.

History

Established in 1990.

Since 1990 Piano Solutions has provided Piano Tuning and Piano Repair services throughout Los Altos, Palo Alto, Redwood City, San Mateo and surrounding areas. From 1990 until Mr. Fred Carnes retired in 2008 (after 60+ years in the piano business), Tim Jasnau, Dave Gordon and other Piano Solutions associates were the piano service providers for the Carnes Piano store in Palo Alto. In 2004 we extended our service to San Francisco. We now service pianos all the way from San Jose to San Francisco and all areas in between!

Business Owner

Tim Jasnau has been a professional piano tuner /​technician since 1989. He has tuned pianos for some of the biggest names in popular music playing in SF Bay Area music venues. His long time affiliation with the Carnes Piano store in Palo Alto allowed him to establish an ever growing piano service business, tuning and repairing pianos in homes in Palo Alto and all surrounding communities.
