History

Established in 1986.

Owner, Debra Piazza, has a degree in Interior Design. She is a respected and valuable member of the Interior Design Industry. With over 25 years of experience she has provided individuals and businesses with carpet and window treatment solutions.

Our company is based on the belief that our clients’ needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat clients and referrals.

We are members of several organizations that include NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry), ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) and long time members of the San Carlos Chamber of Commerce.

As a Certified Green Business, we carry many product lines that are sustainable, renewable, and certified green with LEED points.

I just moved to my new home and I was in need of window coverings. Luckily, I found Piazza Designs. Within 24 hours, Debra came to my house with tons of samples, great idea’s, and a can do attitude. We went through color schemes and found something that would match my master bedroom, and kids rooms perfectly. 2 weeks later, all my window coverings were installed, and they looked beautiful. If you are ever in need of a window covering expert, who takes pride in her work, and has the work done correctly, look no further than Piazza Designs. Debra is a true pleasure to work with

I was extremely happy with the services provided by Debra Piazza. I needed both carpet and window coverings. An added benefit to her services is her design background. She was very adept at suggesting the perfect coverings. She was able to bring all the samples to my home and show me what they would look like in my home. Very helpful and so much easier than shopping in a store!!!
The carpet was only for one room, but she recommended the perfect one and I could not be happier. The installers were very professional, showing up on time and getting the installation completed with minimal disruption to my house. As for my window coverings, she did a great job in suggesting cellular shades. I have single pane windows and can truly feel the difference with them down. No more drafts… yeah!!! I would highly recommend her for any carpet or window covering needs.

Want to start off by saying that we are 100% satisfied customers. The home we purchased had no window coverings and we knew we wanted Silhouette blinds, but were unsure of who to call. We saw that Debra had great reviews here on Unilocal and decided to give her a try.
She arrived promptly to our appointment and was able to show us exactly what we wanted while explaining ways to save some money as well. I was really appreciative of this because she could have just sold us the most expensive ones line and we wouldn’t have even known there was a less expensive route. She was very helpful in making sure we saw all available color options as well.
If anyone has gone through a re-​model, you know that someone who is always communicative and punctual is worth their weight in gold. Debra was fantastic in this regard. Throughout the whole process, we never had to wonder or call to check in. The installation was right on time and the blinds look AMAZING.
I highly recommend Debra and we will be calling her again the next time. Thanks Debra!

Deb at Piazza Designs is great! We had used them years ago and when we needed our hardwood floors done quickly, I knew who to call. She was quick, responsive and had her guys out quickly. They did a beautiful job sanding and refinishing our floors and even moved the furniture. We recommend Piazza Designs immensely!

Piazza Designs is a one stop shop that comes to your door! Debra Piazza has a great sense of design and knows her products from the inside out. She works her magic by finding out who you are and works from there. If you need window treatments or floor coverings, she is the gal to call. I have used her services a couple times and found her attention to detail impeccable! Her communication skills are prompt and thorough. There is no job too big or too small.

Perfection! And a whole lot of other great adjectives to describe my experience with Debra and her wonderfully capable installer. I have an «antique» craftsman bungalow with a unique window arrangement in our kitchen and I wanted to replace the shoddy installation previously done on those windows by another vendor. Debra answered my call with that «Can Do» attitude described in Renata’s review. The entire job was done with a warm professionalism and an attention to detail that delighted and yes, amazed me. I’m so happy with the end result. I have a sturdy installation and my freshly laundered curtains are blowing in the breeze as I type. Kudos, bows and roses to Debra and Pete, the installer. (If they were available, I’d give 10 stars!).

I have worked with Piazza Designs for a number of years now; I’ve purchased all our window coverings and carpet from them and can say without reservation that they do a great job at every level. They offer a wonderful selection, quality products, design expertise and excellent customer service.
I have found that when in the process of remodeling and/​or redesigning a home, even with the best contractors, problems arise. What sets Piazza Design apart from others is their «can do» approach and willingness to step up if a problem does arise.
