Stagers

I have been a Realtor for the last 32 years and have had the opportunity to work with more than one stager. There are only a couple that I will use consistently and Stagers is one of them. They have staged two homes for me recently and did a fabulous job. I sold both of them quickly and attribute that to the impression people had when they walked in. Those impressions allow the buyer to visualize what their home could look like. Looking forward to working with them again!

Their team is licensed and bonded, they provide written quotes (and stick to them!), they arrive on time and they will work late if needed (they have done this several times for our clients), they work quickly, they own their own inventory (which leads to efficient staging, not waiting for rental pieces to come available as most stagers operate) and they break down furnishing equally quickly.
The homes show well and in this competitive real estate market, you need a company like Stagers to distinguish yourself from the pack. They come highly recommended.

My father and I are partners and sell all ranges of real estate in Silicon Valley. We have over 40 years of combined experience in the industry. After selling hundreds of homes in the area, we have narrowed down our arsenal of tradespeople to only those that we completely trust and do what they say they will. Called Chris twice and left voicemails both times. Never got a response either time. Not a good impression!

I needed some remodel work and staging to sell my house. My realtor suggested Chris and Taylor. Taylor worked extremely well under time constraints, getting work done before the open market and while I was out of town. He had a trustworthy and friendly crew but he is very reassuring and a delight to be around. Chris came in to stage and within a few hours had redesigned my rooms so nicely I’ve decided to stage my life:-). The house was in contract for sale in five days. Great job.

Chris and her team bring a fresh look to the homes they stage. We have often seen multiple offers on properties that they have staged for us. Chris is also willing to work with your ideas — perhaps you feel a room needs a certain touch, Chris is willing to grow that idea and put your vision into reality. Giving buyers a vision of what their new home can look like is important and the Stagers team help make that happen.

My listing which they staged, has gone pending with multiple offers after 1 day on the market thanks in no small part, once again, to the extraordinary work by their firm. In a tough market where homes tend to take longer to sell, many Realtors and sellers are reluctant to make the necessary commitment to contract for staging or choose a bargain price or do it yourself approach to staging. I admit to sharing their anxiety over costs sometimes when the market is tough but I have never been reluctant to invest in hiring their expertise because it has consistently resulted in quick sales at or over asking price even where the competition still sits on the market weeks before and after we have come and gone. My sale is the only home staged by them in that market and was sold on the evening of the very first open house on the first day of presentation to market at a very satisfactory price. Other listings in that market have taken an average of 30+ days to sell recently and all have sold below asking price.
I consider Stagers an integral part of my team and I wouldn’t think of listing a home without their valuable assistance.
In the many times I have used Stagers, I had one incident in which the hardwood floor was scratched during the removal of material after sale. I notified them and emailed them a photo of the damage along with a quote for the repair. The matter was resolved at once and completely to our satisfaction.
When things go smoothly, everyone gets a good recommendation. It’s only when something goes wrong that you learn who you are really dealing with. Stagers stepped up and took care of the problem and that is the one and only problem I have had with them over the years.
If my review seems a little over the top, I justify it because I really do have to credit their exceptional work for the wonderful success I have had in quick, over-​asking price, sales in a market where everyone else is tearing their hair out trying to get price reductions and doing open house after open house to no avail. My listings have sold after the first weekend with multiple offers, at or over asking price with clean offers.
Stagers has my unqualified positive endorsement.
