The Remo Group

Living in Dublin, the Remo Group was the only company that would come out to remove an unused satellite dish from the roodtop of my condo unit. They were quick and professional and I would recommend them for any satellite dish installation or removal.

Fantastic work! We recently signed up with Sail Internet and Remo and Romero helped install it. They were at our curb actually a few minutes ahead of schedule and were considerate enough to knock on the door at the scheduled time. They climbed on to the roof & set up the wireless receiver and ran a cable into the room. In the process they helped carefully clean up a bunch of unused dangling cables (upon my request) and unused dish receivers sitting on my roof (they actually came back and fulfilled their promise as they were closing in on their time slot), and ran the cable in a super clean way. I am very happy with the service they provided and the rest of the Sail Internet team and also for helping with the cables cleanup. Remo & team care about their customers and definitely shows with their above and beyond service.

Remo was very professional during the instalation of my receivers. He also helped me troubleshoot issues over the phone and always makes himself available!

Really impressed with Remo and Ramon. Fast, friendly, and great troubleshooters. Installed my Canadian Shaw Direct dish, and were able to figure out the mess of cables in my attic and take down my old dish too. Highly recommended.

Remo has been excellent! We used The Remo Group a few years ago to install our DirecTV at our old house and was very happy with the services. Recently, when we moved into our new house, we of course, thought of The Remo Group again for our new DirecTV services. They did a great job. Remo even came back to help us re-​install when my husband messed around with his installation and messed things up. Remo came back in a timely manner to re-​install. You can tell that he has a passion for what he’s doing and he’s happy at his job. Keep up the good work, Remo!

No doubt a 5 star service !!! Very prompt and very communicative on the whole process, also he made a trip to my place which was pretty far for where he services and since I was a referral he took good care of me, also the installation and where wires was ran was done great and professional and neat !!

I had to jump through a zillion hoops! in a frustrating effort to switch from VERY costly monthly Comcast bills for nearly a decade. I was finally given a link to The Remo Group.
And Da da da dah~~~~~~~~~~!! Remo to the rescue! Within the first phone call, Remo talked with me to figure out a package that best suited my needs. He was clear, detailed, and patient, most important – customer-​centered – Not at all pushy! He set me up with a package with all my favorite channels, gift card bonuses, and Dvr option. Oh yeah, and the best part! My monthly cost for the first year was significantly lower than what I was paying for Comcast service! Cha-​Ching! The installation was professional and quick. Remo and Ramon were very professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgable about any and all cable information. Wait, there’s more! The next day, I was all too eager to explore my new Direct tv and all its options, but ran into a snag (The tv was stuck on 1 channel and nothing but the volume and on/​off buttons were working. Then I lost connection with the second tv. Ack!!) I called Direct tv customer service and sat on the phone for 45 minutes to trouble shoot. I was beyond frustrated! I just wanted to watch mind-​numbing, LOL tv! Although the rep was patient, all he could tell me in the end was that my receiver was faulty and he’d have to send out a new one. Whaaaaa?!? I called Remo, and he talked me through troubleshooting both tvs. Then Ta-​Dahhh~!!! My receivers/​tvs were back up and running! Not only is Remo dedicated to providing customers with beyond excellent satellite, tv, cable service, (and help to set up Internet service with AT&T), he genuinely cares about helping people. If I had 5 words to describe Remo and his group, it would be something like this:
Professional, friendly, patient, efficient, and outstanding!!!
You simply will not get better customer service with a smile anywhere else.
Other businesses should take some notes.

Excellent fast and efficient service. The Remo team is professional, showed up before scheduled time (good thing) and performed superb dish alignment quickly and efficiently.
Now am receiving the strongest DirecTv signal ever and don’t need to worry about signal loss due to atmospheric and weather factors.

I hired The Remo Group to install a cable line for my ground floor condo and am very satisfied with their work. More importantly their level of customer service was outstanding. They got the job done efficiently and communicated effectively without any obstacle. I will be referring them to friends, family and clients and would love working with them in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Remo and his team and the lengths they go above and beyond to serve their customers. I live in a high-​rise with 120+ units and I think I may be the only DirecTV customer in the building, but Remo has gone above and beyond what he even should do to make sure I’m taken care of. My install was a nightmare as neither DirecTV nor anyone in my building knew who to call to get service hooked up. DirecTV couldn’t do it because I’m a multi-​dwelling unit and they can’t touch me, even though it took an endless number of phone calls, two cancelled install appointments and a week from first call to last cancellation before anything could be done. I next called Remo, even though he wasn’t the ‘authorized’ building installer (he is now as I made sure to have our HOA hire him!!). He spent 2 – 3 hours and installed some extra equipment (that cost him money) to get my service up and running. None of this he had to do, but he did because his customer service is above reproach.
Flash forward to the storm last Sunday and the dish was knocked out of place on the roof. Another 20 phone calls to DirecTV and many back and forth with my HOA as to who could fix the dish, I just gave Remo a call. He came out on his own accord before any contracts were signed (and not knowing if they would be) at 8pm rather than go home to figure out the problem. Happy to say he should have the dish replaced today and a new HOA as a customer. Wish all businesses treated their customers like Remo as he is something special! Goes above and beyond what he’s required to do time and time again. Thank you, sir!

Roofers doing work at my house really screwed up my antenna, not to mention my home. I’ve always installed and aligned the dishes myself but had no time on my schedule in the near future.
I called Remo and they were out here the same day, and about 2 hours ahead of their estimated time. My dish is now receiving the strongest signals it ever has and far exceeds the corporate DirecTV installation.
I’m very happy I made this call and probably won’t be climbing up there ever again. Thanks Remo and gang. I’m super satisfied… although I still hate DirecTV and their corporate BS.

I contacted Remo because my HOA was forcing me to move my DirecTV dish. Unfortunately, 3 technicians from DirecTV could not move the dish to the desired location of the HOA (fireplace on the 3^rd floor roof). My mom in South Carolina found Remo for me. I explained to him what needed to be done and he said it was definitely possible since they had a 40ft bucket truck. He gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable. I called him on a Friday and we scheduled for the following Monday. Unfortunately, due to rain, we had to reschedule to Wednesday. The technician Ramon arrived on Wednesday and was very kind and friendly. Remo arrived a short time later to make sure everything was going well. He also looked in to my account to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Turned out I was due for an upgrade to the new Genie at no extra charge. After Ramon successfully relocated our dish, he installed the new Genie and waited to make sure it was successfully installed. I HIGHLY recommend the Remo Group — I even got a bunch of business cards to make sure I help Remo get some business. This is a small locally owned business and Remo cares about his employees and customers. I will be calling again when I’m due for the next upgrade (no need to go through DirecTV customer service now)

These guys totally rock. Remo said the installation of my directv would be perfect, and he was spot on. These guys are very careful, detailed and meticulous during the install, and even fixed some of the spaghetti wires dangling around the eaves from the previous installation. We have an otr antenna on the top of the house, and he also made sure that still worked. The quality of work is superb, and Remo takes the time to explain everything about directv that I needed to know! Nothing is rushed like it probably would have been with other installers trying to hurry to get to their next job.

They will tell you straight up about providers and they will back it with the product, home installation, and follow up service. Remo himself will make sure you got what you wanted from your TV provider and that you are happy.

Great service and was right on time. We switched from att and got a much better price with better HD quality. The owner answers and came to our place in person to make sure everything was perfect. Remo spent over two hours over the phone during my initial consultation. I decided to package both internet service (through AT&T) and Direct TV. He asked me to download an app to verify the satellite positioning. Fortunately, I was a candidate for Direct TV. He was extremely helpful and also shared how I could maximize my package options and discounts. Remo is sincere about providing the service that I required, instead of increasing my costs.
Remo also set up a special, non-​intrusive installation for renters.
In addition, his continued communication throughout the process was exceptional.
