History

Established in 1988.

Therapeutic Reposturing was developed in 1988 by Joseph while he was working in the physical therapy unit at the Sequoia Hospital. He experienced first hand many different styles and thought processes. This began his understanding that the combination of different modalities in a specific sequence can achieve a desired result, hence Therapeutic Reposturing™ was Born. With much success, he looks forward to many more years of helping others.

Manager

Joseph Todd Lucero is an Olympic massage therapist with 24 years of experience. He has developed two massage therapy techniques including a clinical technique called Therapeutic Reposturing. Joseph is the founder of Your Life’s Personal Best, LLC and Developer of Therapeutic Reposturing™ Massage and Bodywork. Joseph’s mission is to provide Therapeutic Reposturing and Deep Muscle Realignment services, to educate, develop, teach, and empower Individuals through self validation and a better understanding of their full potential.
