Cleaning green from the beginning! No one wants their kids and pets rolling around on harsh chemical cleaners, so Trembley Carpet Cleaning was started to offer an alternate cleaning method. We have grown to service commercial and residential accounts alike.

Coming from a big family, it is important to me that no harsh chemicals be used in my company. I offer a service that is effective, affordable and reliable. I believe that long standing customer relationships make all our lives easier and more enjoyable. Knowing who to call when things need service and trusting the advice you get lets us all sleep easier!

I know in my family, having reliable service people that I can leave in the house if I need to pick up the kids is essential to getting a job done. If we need a service that requires a 4 hour window and an adult in the house that whole time, that is a major inconvenience. Having a firm appointment time and being able to step out takes the hassle out of having work done.

Love, LOVE Jim for carpet cleaning in our office and Mary at the phones. Jim is one of the hardest workers and one of our best vendors ever. He works with our schedule, nothing is ever a problem, and our nasty, over-​trodden carpets always look new once he’s finished.
I highly recommend Jim and his team for resident and commercial carpet cleaning.

Instead of using a machine that sprays soapy water, Mr. Trembley used a natural solution to lift stains from carpet and absorbent towels. Our white carpets never looked so clean! Even our 12-​year-​old carpet upstairs looked like new.

I would highly recommend Trembley. I was given a 12:00 to 1:00 window for their arrival. Bill arrived a little before noon. My carpets haven’t been professionally cleaned in five years. We had a dog for three of those years. Now the carpets look like new!

I hired Trembley to clean my carpets about two months ago, and they still look fantastic. The guy that came to clean my carpet showed up early, which I was thankful for because I had to get to work, he explained exactly what he was using, left a little bottle of the cleaner and a brush for touch up work, and I came home from work to an amazingly clean carpet.
Great prices, great customer service, and a job well done. I highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed. A faithful customer for over 10 years and can’t get past wife who is now driving appointments and varying charges. Latest quote was 30% increase in price. Reasons, «supply and demand» — they can get more money when it’s busy and «have children to raise». Have an appointment in Jan 2014 when she will charge regular rate. Too bad — customer lost. I wonder if my employer would raise my pay contingent upon the amount of work in my inbox — nah. Atlas Shrugged.

I’d give them six stars if I could. We had Trembley Carpet Cleaning come out to clean our living room carpet a couple weeks ago. They came on time, were very knowledgeable about carpets, and left the carpet looking fantastic and like brand new. A day later, I noticed that part of the stone around our fireplace looked a little lighter. I called and asked about it, wondering if something had happened. Turns out the apparently never been cleaned in 50 years stone had gotten partially cleaned, and the lighter color I noticed was the actual color of the previously disgusting gray stone. Despite that, Jim (the owner) came out himself the following day and cleaned the rest of the stone to match. So now we have an awesome looking carpet and fireplace! What amazing customer service! We will be lifetime customers.

Let me begin by saying I originally called Trembley as a result of reading such great reviews… thanks Unilocal!Our carpets are 16 years old. I have used different companies to clean them. I’m happy for a couple of days until all the spots begin to reappear but tell myself this is probably the best they’re ever going to look. I could not have been more wrong. I am not exaggerating when I tell you they look like different carpets. I never ever expected this. Their method is like none I have ever seen and Bill took his time explaining their process… Very «green» before green was cool etc. I had actually forgotten what the color of the rugs were years ago… I’m serious. I couldn’t be more satisfied!

Trembely was great! I called them after another company showed up almost 2 hours late and changed the price at the last minute. I was able to make an appointment with Trembley 2 days later. Bill, the technician, was right on time and very polite. He did thorough work, my carpets look better than they have in a while. I will be using them again!

In a word… AMAZING!
I have used Trembley for a couple of years now and im more and more pleased everytime. Jim couldnt come today so he sent his lead technician Bill who was as kind and profesional as Jim is. He showed up on time (which is a BIG deal for me) and was very courteous in talking to him about my carpets.
i just got home and am so so very pleased with how my carpets look! Once again
im not let down, and all my expectaions for my carpets looking like new again are upheld.

I’m a little disgusted with myself with how dirty our area rugs were! I peeked in while Jim was cleaning the living room area rug and he showed me how much dirt was coming off from the first pass. A toddler and a dog can certainly do a lot of damage to a carpet. Wished I would have called Tremble sooner.
My experience with Trembley Carpet is consistent with the other Unilocalers: I paid the price I was quoted, Jim arrived right on the dot, and the service was excellent.
The prices are very reasonable, that I’ll have my area rugs cleaned twice a year now.

We found Trembley on Unilocal.Compared companies whose fliers we get in the mail, they actually get good reviews online. We can see why. They show up on time, do a good job, and even leave you a bottle of spot cleaner. Our carpets weren’t too thrashed, but any of the small spots were completely gone after they left. They were about double the price of the fliers we got in the mail, but, you get what you pay for.

Trembley Carpet Cleaning. On time, friendly, and did an excellent job.
Needed the carpets cleaned before moving out by week’s end. Left a message with the machine, and Jim got back to me before the day’s end, and was able to send someone out the following day. Jim also quoted a price based on my description of the apt, with no additional fees attached. The quote was what I paid.
Bill, lead technician, came right on time, which is amazing considering parking is hard to find in my neighborhood. He was extremely friendly and efficient. He got the job done in about an hour (for a wall to wall carpeting for a 2 bdrm apt, including living room), with no harmful chemicals.
I would definitely use this service again.

Had my carpets cleaned. Was given a quote for one amount and once the job was finished the price was reconfirmed when I wrote the check to the gentleman. I thought that was it…
Well 6 months later I receive a letter stating that I am being sent to collection for the amount that I had paid, I never received a call or anything just a threat to go to collections? This is very poor business practices. I said I had already paid and then was told that was half the price. Why would the story change after 6 months? I would not recommend this service at all, there are many other great places. Never again!
