It is never pleasant to find your sewer line blocked and your kitchen sink, bathtub and washing machine no longer usable. But fortunately for us, we studied the Unilocal recommendations and selected Wizard Plumbing. What a great decision! And kudos to Unilocal.
Johny, the plumber who answered our call, was the consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, honest, thorough and highly efficient. His relaxed and friendly personality immediately put us at ease. From the moment we met him we knew we were in good hands. And indeed we were. In a very brief span of time he had unclogged our line and repaired a broken vent; all at a most reasonable price. Our only regret is that we did not invite him to dinner.

My wife and I had a long week at work. My son was sick with a diaper full of shit. We all got home at around 7PM on a Friday only to find the water heater was out. Everyone I called was either closed or tried to rip me off about needing to get parts from GE when all I wanted was the thermal coupler replaced.
Steven showed up within an hour of my call (on a Friday night around 8PM), double checked what the problem was and didn’t give me the runaround. We shot the shit, while my son danced around him and he replaced out the thermal coupler. Within 20 minutes, my water heater was back up and running and I was spraying off the crusty shit from my son’s ass. He saved my weekend. Steven is an all around good guy. I’d totally go to Wizard again for any plumbing related issues.

Wizard pluming is so awesome! I got a pipe clogged in the front yard and when it rained the water is not flowing to the street. And as suggested by my friend, I called wizard and Steven Evans and another very nice dude called Aoriao? came to my place, they proposed to use hydro jet to clean it and offered a very reasonable price, and turned out to be not working, and they use camera to check the pipe to figured out around 6 feets of pipes crushed by tree root, and told me I could hire some cheap labor or gardener to dig the ground for 3 feets and replace the pipes, which will be very cheap compared with what they charged. But I just somehow trusted this guy and I asked him to give a price and let him to do it, and the price is very reasonable. And they started to work on it and visited 3 times in 3 days, spent a lot of hours on it, dig the pipe and cut a ton of roots as thick as arms, and eventually replaced the pipe and now things worked well!
They are so nice person and honest, like a reall neighbor friend. I am very impressed!

I have used these guys many times and they do excellent work. I just had them install a toilet and at night when I turned on the light it looked like there was a scratch on my brand new 1×2 slate flooring. I called them up because I was kind of freaked out how that could happen and they rushed right out to look at it and found the light was bouncing of the toilet and it was a reflection, not a scratch. A lot of plumbers would not of even come out and if they did they would of probably been upset but they were real nice and understanding about the whole thing, my floor was fine. Will definitely use them again.

Spoke with Tina on the phone yesterday and thought our business had a plumbing/​sewer issue. She recommended us to call an exterminator first and gosh darn it… she was right! She took the time to TALK to me, rather than push me off the phone. Super helpful! All I can say is if our business ever has a plumbing problem — guess who i’m going to call? THANKS Wizard plumbing and esp Tina!

We had a leak in one toilet and some other issues with another a couple of days ago. My husband tried to adjust the mechanism by the wall and somehow couldn’t stop it from dripping. So we called in Wizard Plumbing and Drain, who looked at it, adjusted things in 1 minute (no joke!). It turned out it only needed a wrench to fix! They did the same thing to the other toilet that had what seemed to be a malfunctioning flapper. Their agent came through to adjust that in a minute as well. Then the best part? They did it all for no charge because it took such little time. I was floored with the help they provided. From now on, I’ll be calling them for all our plumbing needs! I have to thank them for their amazing/​friendly customer service and efficiency. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I wish I could give Wizard Plumbing 10 000 stars! We had a plumbing issue at home and made the mistake of calling another plumbing company that TOTALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE of our lack of plumbing knowledge. I later called Wizard Plumbing and they

We had Steve from Wizard plumbing come out to work on 3 projects:
a. Removed galvanized plumbing from our bathroom
b. Repair a leaking pipe (with galvanized plumbing)
c. Install a circulating pump so we can get hot water more quickly in the house.
I will review them based on:

(2) Price
(3) Service satisfaction

While they were unable to do a same day appointment, Steve explained everything very clearly to me so it was totally understood what would happen. I’m not a plumber and I don’t know much about houses so I greatly appreciated his patience in answering all my questions and taking the time to make sure I understood.
While I had them come out to do only a and c, Steve closely inspected the rest of the crawl space and warned us about a potential problem relating to b. While I was skeptical about replacing the pipe it seemed paying now to fix a potential problem would be far better then paying when it actually broke and we had secondary damage costs we would also need to pay for.
The quote took a little time to receive, which I was a little frustrating and after getting a second bid we found out there were some errors in it but after calling Steve directly he came right out, took another look and corrected the bid. I greatly appreciated the timely response to the issues we found with the quote.
We ended up selecting them for three reasons:
First, Steve was honest with me. He never tried to upsell me or pressure me into doing something. He owned his mistakes on the quote and corrected them. Hats off for that because some people are jerks.
Second, he was very clear in explaining things to me. He didn’t treat me like I was stupid.
Third, they were priced much better then the other company that placed a bid.

Very competitive. Also, they didn’t try to upsell me into more expensive solutions.
(3) Service Satisfaction
What i loved about the day of service is steve explained everything to me. When he was going to do work that would leave visible marks (install a screw, for example) he told me about it, cleared it with me and explained an alternative. Most people do not do this… they just do the work and assume you will be okay with. Steve always checked with me.
They were careful not to damage other areas of the house when they did work. I appreciated that.

Wizard Plumbing to the rescue again! Steve Mcallister managed to fixed our sink and shower in less than 35 minutes. He was very efficient and fast. Great customer service all around. I will always rely on Wizard Plumbing for future issues. Thank you Steve!

My water heater started leaking overnight. I called a few companies. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very professional, and got back to me quickly. The next day Johnny and 2 other workers came over and replaced my water heater within an hour. I hope we don’t need another water heater for a long time but I would reccomend these guys highly.

Stephen and his dad, Mark, are just awesome! I have used them three more times to install a sump pump, replace corroded shut valves, and perform an emergency snaking of a main drain line. They are so great at working customers into their schedule and if you have any questions or concerns they are very quick to come back and check things out. And they really know their craft. I fully trust all of their recommendations.

I have mixed feelings about praising Wizard Plumbing and Drain because now more people will want them and they will be hard to book, but here goes. I’ve only had one encounter with a rep from the company named Bart, but he was amazing: courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. .. wow.
In addition to finding the source of the leak in our house — bathtub — he did a quick-​fix caulking job on it until we could call in a pro to do the whole tub. He was great and I was grateful. Really good company.

Great service. Got the job done quickly and cleanly. I wholeheartedly recommend.

For Christmas this year, Santa (aka Wizard Plumbing and Drain) brought me a functioning sewer system. Once again, I can bask in the glory of a washing machine, dishwasher, and toilet. The folks who showed up were polite, well spoken, called ahead when they were running late, and explained everything they were doing and why. The wore booties in the house to keep my floors clean
As we say to my 1.5 year old: «bye bye poo poos!»

Our house was falling apart. The water heater wasn’t heating and two of our drains were not draining. What a mess!
My wife took charged and called Wizard Plumbing and within 24 hours Freddy and his team had us back and running.
How did this happen?
First Wizard scheduled a convenient two hour window. They arrived on time and well equipped to handle all our needs.
Second, the team was beyond friendly and courteous. They were efficient and quickly diagnosed the issues and solved all three problem areas.

We’ve been ignoring this loud pipe rattling whenever water ran in the kitchen. Well, ummm, it kinda got louder and louder until it rattled the walls. Thought I heard dripping too. I can’t have that much noise when hosting T-​day, and it would just be my luck that pipes would burst or whatever disaster awaits. Enter Wizard.
1. Got appt on short notice. Happy-​happy.
2. Guys arrived within the quoted 2-​hour window.
3. Very courteous, knowledgeable, professional service. Again the booties, yay.
4. Quickly completed the work. No leaks found. (YAY!!)
5. Identified 2^nd noise (not dripping), clearly explained cause, laid out options & cost.
6. Discussed the water heater situation and other issues for me to deal with later.
7. Extras: took down and put fire alarm back up.
I am especially comforted that Wizard does ²⁴⁄₇ emergencies. Why? Yesterday’s doings: 1 fire alarm died. 2^nd stove burner died. I had to unclog the dishwasher hose. I sliced my finger almost to bone. 2^nd fire alarm beeped as soon as Wizard stepped through the door (yes, yes, much joke potential). You see where we’re headed here. Thanks to Steve and Jack for doing a great job, plus manning this holiday shift. We hope we don’t have to call you for an emergency. Or the fire department.

We had a stopped up toilet that we couldn’t plunge away for three days. My husband called Wizard.
They were timely-​my husband received a two-​hour window and they called at the top of that window to let us know they were en route. I was pleased that they kept us posted on the ET. Steve arrived and was very courteous. They tried to clear the drain and gave us a couple of options. We decided to have them remove the toilet and to clear whatever was still in the drain. They were courteous and didn’t make a mess! They carried the «snake» tool down wrapped in paper towel and I didn’t find any mess around the sink.
I would feel comfortable using the again. Steve seemed to be knowledgeable and honest.

Wizard Plumbing came by fix a long time leaky faucet. Bart was very thorough and explained exactly what my options were. They were able to complete the repairs quickly.
They did a quality job and their pricing was very reasonable.
This was the 2^nd time I’ve used them and both times I’ve been very satisfied.

If I could give Steven and his team a billion stars I would. The whole operation from calling for an appointment, diagnosing and resolving the problem, thru follow up are excellent! They are quick, reliable, professional and very fairly priced. I’ve used other plumbing services before and have found Wizard to be competitively priced and in this particular instance very well priced! I’ve now used them twice for major plumbing issues. (First time to replace a water pipe from laundry to main sewer line under the house). I feel confident in their skills and work… I trust that they are giving me the best option to resolve the problem without adding unnecessary costs.
This experience involved a leak somewhere under or around the house that was causing my sump pump to automatically start (considering we haven’t had rain, nor am I watering my yard this was not right). Steven came out promptly, assessed the situation and showed me pictures of the leaking pipe under the house, because it was late afternoon and the job would require some major work he asked if it would be ok to return the following day… which was fine with me. He came back to fix the leak and answered/​explained everything for me. He also took a look at some other issues around the house and took care of these as well. This was way over and above the scope of the job he came out to do and he didn’t raise his estimate either, thank you. Steven and his team stayed until 8:30pm to ensure the job was finished and cleaned up after themselves.
I will always use Wizard Plumbing and highly recommend these guys, they are amazing!
