5 Elements Spa is a full service spa located on beautiful Avenida Del Mar in San Clemente. Our treatments are designed to work with the body as energy as well as matter because beauty is health made visible.

Our group of highly experienced facial and massage therapists are eager to provide you with the best our industry has to offer. We offer a full range of services including facial treatments, massage, body treatments, waxing, permanent hair removal and more. Our unique full body lymph drainage treatment with light therapy is a must try. It begins with a dry brushing, followed by a massage with a lavender clay containing lavender, juniper & cypress, and then a lymph drainage performed with equipment designed to detox and rebalance the fluids of the body. This treatment promotes circulation & health.

The 5 Elements Boutique has natural body products, soy candles, organic cotton clothing, purses and jewelry.

I’m very passionate about what I do and hope that it comes across with every client that I see. As a CIDESCO trained esthetican, I have received training that meets the highest international standards.

My signature treatment is the Lymphatic Drainage with Light Therapy using state of the art equipment to enhance both beauty and well-​being!

I had the pleasure of visiting Kristina in her new beautiful new location — Studio K– today and it was so delightful!!! She is so lovely, knowledgeable and talented and i enjoyed my treatment so much, my skin looks and feels revived and I absolutely loved her face, shoulder hand and chest massage! I have visited 5 Elements a handful of times. I have had Carrie as my massage therapist. She is great. The lobby is lovely and they have water and tea in the quiet waiting room. Will be back for sure.

This was my second time at 5 Elements spa and this time I got the 1hr and 15min acne facial with Kristina. Wow! It was absolutely fantastic; I never wanted it to end! This was my second time having her as my technician and she was great! Always a wonderful experience here. I also love how they always have tea in the waiting room :).

The Chromalift is the best facial ever! Kristine is very thorough and knowledgeable of facial and massage techniques. This facial included face and shoulder massage, thorough cleansing with wonderful products and this amazing machine that that feels like little fishes kissing your face. Hard to explain, but I plan on going back regularly!

I booked a massage/​facial package over a week in advance only to get a call 30 minutes before that my appointment was being canceled due to the technician being sick today. I had an afternoon appt scheduled and they waited until 30 minutes before to call me. The guy was apologetic but never offered to reschedule me or any alternative. So disappointing.
I understand that people get sick. I also understand good business practices and this isn’t one.

Carrie Hess has the most amazing hands! I am a massage junkie! Always have been. Where ever there is a deal, I’ll go for it. Until…4 years ago my husband got me a massage with Carrie at 5 elements spa. He read on Unilocal how great she was so that is who he wanted me to go to. Now, 4 years later, I still ONLY go to her. I would rather not waste my time or money going to anyone else. Every occasion… mother’s day, christmas, birthday, etc… my husband gets me a massage with Carrie. Remember. HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE!
**she knows all the perfect pressure points to really give me the best experience possible. relaxing, relieving, energizing… during one of her massages I feel like a million bucks. She even gave me a prenatal massage with my first child. She’s one of a kind and I’m grateful to have found her!

Kristina has been giving me facials for years and she is truly as good as it gets. She uses only the best products and my skin is glowing when I leave. And the best part is that Kristina also has the best hands ever and you will leave feeling relaxed and blissed out! If you live anywhere in driving distance of 5 Elements you don’t have to look any further. I’ve had facials in some of the best of the best places around, and Kristina is still the best!

I have been here several times and always had a great visit. I had a massage today by Carrie and she really worked at getting some tough knots out. I highly recommend her.
I would def recommend this spa to anyone. Also I had a gift certificate from 9 years ago that I just found and they gladly accepted it without any hesitation. I don’t think a lot of places would do that. So their customer service is as nice as their treatments.

I highly recommend Cara as a massage therapist there at 5 Elements! She is very knowledgable about various massage techniques, and for my ailments the best strategy was trigger point massage. I had low back, forearm and wrist issues which were quickly remedied by the trigger point massages Cara employed. I always left feeling refreshed and balanced. She is a very intuitive body worker, and again, I highly recommend her!!!

Best facial I’ve gotten in my life! Regina was me and my fiancées esthetician and she definitely knew what she was doing. She takes her time, listens to what your skin problems are, and goes from there. This was more relaxing than an actual massage! Amazing prices too. My face wasn’t beat up from the crazy stuff they usually do and the next day my face is clean and fresh. Can’t wait to go again

Really enjoyed the organic facial there. Atmosphere was very serene and relaxing. Christina knows her stuff and I appreciated her recommendations. They have been there for 10 years and so you know they must be doing something right. My only complaint was the product that was sold to me. There was a pretty high mark-​up on it and I could get in on Amazon for about half the price.

I really appreciated being able to get a same-​day appointment. In some places, that might leave a person wondering if they got the least desirable therapist. That wasn’t the case for me. Cara displayed a wealth of knowledge in helping someone who’s carried a sports-​related injury for several months. I truly appreciated her expertise and the massage was top-​notch! If I lived closer, I would be there regularly.

Cara Price is a highly trained and experienced massage therapist specializing in trigger point therapy. She has been giving me amazing massages for over a year. She has the ability to literally feel my pain and hone in on the problem areas which adds efficiency.

Conveniently located on Del Mar in downtown San Clemente. Their location is clean, neat and very relaxing. The staff is very friendly. If parking on DelMar is hard to come by try in one of the several public parking lots located near by. It’s only a short walk to the spa.
I have had several massages from Cara. She has a great technique and she listens to your needs or if you have problem areas that need to be addressed. She does a great job in attending to those areas of need. One of my areas of need are my glutes and hamstrings. I have had massages at other places and most of them have seamed too modest or really just want to put in the effort to really work those problem areas. Cara is willing to put in the effort and really help me out. She is attentive during my session to ask if the pressure is to little or to much and she will adjust her technique to accommodate me. I have had several sessions to work on those problem areas and I feeling better with each session.
Wether you are looking for a relaxation massage or a therapeutic one 5 Elements Spa is a great place to go.

This place is so lovely!
I went here basically because I wanted a slimming body wrap and hopefully loose a few inch before my vacation. The bodywrap it self doesn’t do any miracles and it’s more like a SPA treatment and not a slimming wrap from what I’m used to from infrared bodywrap where I loose up to 7 pounds after one session.
But over all, the people, the service, the treatment with massage, scrub and wrap was lovely and so relaxing. I would def come back here for a massage or so :)
