There is all new staff at this location and they are great. I had an awesome experience and didn’t feel like I was being sold, but informed. Aaron specifically helped me with setting up my new phone. He also made sure everything was backed up onto iCloud. I will be returning!

Aaron and kaylee are the best!!! That is one team that rocks! So very helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

I used to work here, I thought I had left on good terms, now I work next door at Verizon, (there is a reason for that, Verizon is located next door to AT&T we have better service /​network /​offers) I went off hours to get a phone for myself. During my work hours, the district manager, Ilene, went into my work and told my boss I was not allowed in her store. I was very confused because I was just trying to upgrade. This store used to have 5 stars, I don’t understand how they are still in business. They are also very unprofessional.

Why are these people still in business? When I upgraded a phone and moved two lines over from other carriers I had three iPhone5s for their buy back program. Instead of them helping with the process they told me to call customer service. When I received mailing labels from AT&T to send in my phones I was still unsure about the process so I brought everything to the store, again. They looked at me like I was bothering them, one guy watching cartoons on his phone said (without looking up), «just mail it, it will be fine». The three phones were lost in the AT&T monstrous bureaucracy. Customer service could not figure it out and when I brought the problem to the store, they admitted that they should have handled the buy back process from the beginning, but could nothing about it. This went on for four months and they eventually sent me to the corporate store in Dana Point, which handled the situation immediately and got me a credit for the lost phones. They only create massive problems and have absolutely no desire to help — just ask the manager, Nick. Go to the corporate store in Dana Point to save yourself grief.

Stay away, seriously! My daughter went in to see what her options were for a new phone. She was told by «Dana», that she would only have to pay the taxes which were $ 50.00! My husband and I, who were not present, thought this was too good to be true. We called and spoke to Dana, he told us the same thing, so we agreed to the new phone for the price of taxes only $ 50.00 and gave authorization verbally over the phone. When we get the bill, we are shocked to see we are charged over $ 600 for the phone to be billed in 24 monthly installments! Are you kidding me? I called and had words with Dana, who said that what he said was «the only cost today is $ 50.00». Clearly we were mislead and that is not what we were told! Who in their right mind would pay $ 600 for an older version i-​phone? Highway robbery! Calling customer service was a joke — they told me to go into the store. So I sent my daughter back to the store and she was helped by Victoria the manager, who tries to help, but won’t admit to any fault or explain to me how something that I was told was free with the exception of paying taxes is now costing me $ 600!!! When my husband calls to speak to her she is either gone for the day, out sick, or left early because it’s her birthday. After 5 days of waiting for a resolution with no phone call back, I sent my daughter again to the store a second time and we were offered a 20% discount on our bill. When I asked what she as the manager was going to do to make sure no other customers were mislead in the future, her snippy response was «well, I guess try to explain it better». I said how about not flat out lie to people??? Morons! Don’t waste your time dealing with them, go somewhere else! If I could, I’d be back with Verizon in a heartbeat!

Awful store, rude (stupid) staff. Screwed up my phone plan, lost my grandfathered data in the transfer to a new phone, set my husband and I up on separate accounts somehow too! I’ll drive to Dana Point for my future services. They’re ignorant, just ignorant. Avoid this place, make the drive up to Dana Point. We’ll be canceling AT&T after this contract is up because of the grief we caught at this store.

I can’t recommend this store. I purchased a new phone from them and after two weeks I decided to return it for a refund (AT&T offers a 30 day return policy). Over the years I’ve returned a few phones under these guidelines and never had a problem. However this store refused to take back my phone claiming it was damaged, which it clearly was not.
I went to their sister store in Mission Viejo and they took it back immediately. The manager said, «this phone is perfect.» Unlike the San Clemente store, they were very professional and helpful.
It wasn’t a good purchasing experience and obviously not a good return experience. Drive a few extra miles and go to any number of other AT&T stores. I know I will.
