This place does a great job! The owner is very friendly & accommodating. He always greets his customers with a smile. It is really affordable to have your clothes washed & hung here. They charge by the pound.

EVERY machine in this place runs on quarters, BOTH change machines are broken, there is NO attendant, and when we go to neighboring business looking for change, the businesses say this ALWAYS happens. Get a clue, quarters are your lifeblood. Fix the machines or get bad reviews.

I was looking for the laundry place can wash a large item … Bed cover. This place is clean and nice laundry place. You cd. Do it yourself or they can wash for you and pick up later!!! Dave at the store was very helpful too. He showed me how to use and explain. Kind!

Clean and safe. I’ve been taking my laundry to have it done… Been getting charged too much. My one load here was 2.75 for a 29 min wash cycle, they have other machines all with different prices depending on load size. Dryers are .25 and 8 mins, I used 50 and everything was dry!
I thought it would be scary to go to a laundromat… This one is nice, I came at 8 am… But it’s staffed and seems like normal people just doing laundry. I would come back and I would recommend to anyone in area that needs clean clothes!

I have my own machines at home so i don’t need to go to a laundry mat much. After visiting this one I saw great things, wifi, kids toys in corner, recent magazines, big loaders for oversize loads, great employees, and pleasant people using the services. This can not be said about most laundry mats. One usually has to keep an eye out and watch your back.
My friend has told me over and over again to go to CleanRite to wash my comforters and get done with ALL of your laundry in just a few hours. She was right — get it done efficiently and in a good, clean, safe environment.

This was my first time dropping off laundry anywhere and it was an amazing experience! I had quite a few loads… 66lbs worth of laundry that they were able to finish within 23 hours! The owner was incredibly nice and even helped me carry the bags to my car on my way out! I hope I never need 66lbs worth of laundry done ever again but if I do I definitely know where I’ll be taking it!

Great spot! I drive past 2 other mats to get here and completely satisfied with the place. The owner is very helpful along with his employees. Especially the nice lady who works Tuesday night. She sat and folded my sheets with me!
I own a massage practice, and needed a place to wash huge amounts of sheets at one time. This place has so many different sized washers I was overwhelmed the first time of which one to use. I go with the largest ones that allow me to get all my stuff done in one load. Along with that, these washers mean business! My sheets are cleaner then ever from the size and adjustments of heated water I can use. Dryers are very strong also.
I can honestly say this laundry mat has made my life better by allowing me to get more done in a shorter time period which allows me to do more important things like work, or surfing! Don’t even think of going anywhere else. Just drive strait to CleanRite! It’s «clean» and it’s «rite»!!

Amazingly clean. The gentleman who manages during the day is great. He is very attentive & even helps carry things to your car if needed. Been going here for years. Wouldn’t go to any other laundromat in SC. Been there done that & this is by far the cleanest in town.

I used this Laundromat yesterday as I am living in SC for the next 2 months. It’s ok and from reading the reviews in advance of my visit, I was encouraged by their free Wi-​Fi. UNFORTUNATELY, it is not «manned» during regular business hours, but only in the mornings for opening and evenings for closing. During the afternoon hours (which is when I was there), it is unattended. They do not post the Wi-​Fi password as it requires for use. It was really annoying thinking I could be wired while doing the laundry, then to find out no such luck due to their not posting the log in and password information. It is annoying enough for me not to go back again to this place in the future.

I came to this laundromat because the Unilocal reviews are so good and they have free WiFi. Unfortunately, I now will never come here again. One of the loader machines decided to take a 2 ½ hour break mid-​wash right after the attendant had left at 1pm. My clothes were locked in the machine and there was no attendant on duty again until 6pm, so I called the number they put up for «in case of emergencies» and got the voice mail. It ended up being the number for the attendant office at the laundromat. Why is the emergency number the same number for the attendant office? I then emailed them because I was out of options and had no idea if the door was going to open up again. I still haven’t gotten an email reply or a call back in response of the voice mail I left. I guess their time is more important than their customers’…

I’ve been a CleanRite customer for a few years. Mostly I utilize the Fluff n Fold service (Fastest turn around and least expensive in San Clemente). The owner is always accommodating and seems to be omnipresent. The machines are in top condition and maintained well, so you really feel like you are getting your money’s worth. The facility is spotless and well located, just across the street from Ralph’s.
And for the guys… May I suggest grabbing a few piles of dirty laundry on the way out the door, drop it off for Fluff n Fold here, you’re guaranteed a good night when you bring back a few bags of perfectly folded laundry, hanging shirts and pants… and a bottle of wine.
