Established in 2012.

We are a locally owned Hot Yoga Studio that was professionally built and currently have over 40 Hot Yoga Classes weekly. Our unlimited membership also includes access to a world class fitness club, spin studio, 3000 sq ft group fitness studio with over 45 classes.

This was a huge mistake. The website says text for a free week. I called in advance. Oh no, we’re happy to have you. They lie. It costs $ 20. I asked if they had yoga mats. Again, they lie. No mats. I asked if my father could come. Again, they lie. Oh this is a woman place. He can come but must stay outside until class starts. Run from this place.

First of all I have been a member of Hot Yoga San Clemente & Fitness Elite for almost 3 years. I mainly use the hot yoga studio so my comments will reflect this. This is the best gym & hot yoga studio! It is also the most affordable for unlimited hot yoga.
All of the hot yoga teachers are the best in the OC. This is not just a workout some some commercial gyms offer hot yoga as a «trend». These yoga teachers love their job & are very informative throughout the practice on both body alignment & the breath. These girls are also teaching us the spiritual benefits of yoga & how we can use it to apply to our daily lives.
I take classes with: Barbara, Desiree, Allesha, Lisa, Sheree & Sabrina. Each teacher carefully plans out each hot yoga class they guide. They truly care about their students. They all have their own style but the same yoga philosophy applies. I love this place & it is is well run from the manager Jen to the other front staff. If you see anything negative in the past about the front desk, those people are no longer there. They are running a special for a free week pass! Check it out on their website! I think it expires soon!

Really handy to have a great Hot Yoga studio under the same roof as my gym which also includes tons of aerobics classes, Pilates and child care. Although it took me a few classes to get used to the heat I am now really feeling the difference in my stretching and balance. Much tougher workout than I would have expected. The instructors really take the time to ensure I am doing all of the poses correctly, especially at the beginning. Awesome studio for yogis of all levels!

I tried a few different venues over memorial weekend and I really, really enjoyed Hot Yoga. They were very welcoming, very informative, ultra professional, and very sweet. The instructor was AMAZING and ended our practice by placing peppermint oil in our hands. The peppermint oil further sped relaxation of muscles and was very soothing, it was a great experience. The drop-in fee is 17 $ (currently), less than lots of other places, and they offer daycare! Even the daycare teacher was engaging and my son was so excited after his «yoga» class!

I’ve tried a few hot yoga studios around Dana point and San Clemente. Not only is this a great hot yoga studio with all levels of classes they are one of the few that have a childcare. This means I can go to pretty well any class during the day
Desiree is my favorite teacher. She really takes the time to ensure my poses are all correct and it’s done wonders for my lower back that has bothered me for years I had taken the regular yoga classes for years upstairs in the women’s club and really glad I took the step of trying hot yoga. The first class or two is a little difficult to get used to the heat but like anything else we adapt

Very disappointed. Called twice for prices and was told a certain amount by the manager «Anik.» Went in for a day pass and told yet again the same price by the same girl. The class was great! Went back the next night super excited to join and surprise surprise Anik told us that price was only for a year commitment! I felt completely scammed by her! Not only did she falsely advertise, but she was EXTREMELY rude in the process! My friend and I would have never paid the ridiculous day pass fee if we we knew we weren’t going to get the price we were promised! We even had a mailer THEY sent us… SHADY place. Do not go here…
