History

Established in 2010.

We are a mother/​daughter team that have been helping business for over thirty years. Patricia Smith had a small bookkeeping and tax preparer business. Her daughter Laureen (Chris) Krystyan was working in the office of a skilled nursing facility in Orange County when she discovered that the IRS had liens against the company business due to current management so she suggested that her mother Patricia might be able to help the owner. Soon after that Patricia started working for the owner a few hours a week and very quickly found that she was needed 60 hours a week and closed her small business in order to help them save their company. It was necessary for them to file bankruptcy (chapter 7). The business debts were paid off in less than one year and then owners regained control of their company.
