I am a firm believer in O2 Wellness. Over the past couple yrs, I endured major stress, anxiety, anger, and body aches as I was going thru a high-​conflict divorce and almost losing my child in a moto accident. Going to therapy can only do so much. I knew I needed something more for my body and mind. I just wanted to get rid of these toxins in my body. After finding o2 and consulting with the owners, I found myself on their Vibe machine and body balancing therapy. What an amazing feeling I felt. my first day and everyday after, I have become a new woman: feeling alive and happy again. I vibe now almost everyday. It makes me feel awesome and I have even lost weight, have toned up incredibly and have so much more energy. The vibe machine has so many great benefits and i encourage both men and women to take on this experience.

I had to sue you and did not get the full refund because you and Brenda LIED!!! Your treatments are NOT professional, your facilities are not clean, & you LIE about everything you offer…

Wow, I just had a vibing session at O2 Wellness in San Clemente and I feel phenomenal. It feels like my organs were massaged from the inside out. It is a fantastic wellness center with sauna, vibing machines, facials, and the most phenomenal collection of products, hand picked with care and tested by owner, Brenda Betancourt. She carries G.M. Collin skin care products, which of course, are the best skin care out there, but other health care, nutritional and beauty gems as well. I purchased B Lite tablets, which are like B vitamins on steroids! I also picked up ‘Baby Foot’ peel, which is a peel designed especially for the bottom of your feet. Above all, Brenda’s knowledge and energy leave you feeling like you are walking on a cloud. She is incredibly knowledgeable and really knows how to help people. What a truly wonderful spa in South Orange County.

This place is amazing! I had been to another place that had infrared saunas but this place blows it out of the water! The sauna is HUGE. I went in with a work injury and I can’t take anti-​inflammatory drugs. In one session I felt incredible! I had been suffering with pain for a week! Plus I had never heard of the viber machine! I have had 2 sessions and can’t believe the difference! Too bad workers comp wont pay for this type of treatment!
I will be a life time member for sure! SO many great products and services!

o2 Wellness Center is fantastic! I walked out of there on cloud nine after doing the foot detox, sauna, crystal therapy and viber. I felt so good on my drive back to Long Beach, I went hiking in Laguna Hills and after that almost felt like a couldn’t drive because it was a natural high.
The viber machine is really interesting and the results are groundbreaking. Brenda is such a wonderful host and needs to get on shows like Ellen to educate the public about the alternative health benefits the viber has.

I have been coming here for over a year and love it here. There are so many fabulous services to try, I would rather come here than spend a couple hours at the spa! I have had multiple services here– the infrared sauna, the viber, body balance, ionic foot detox and cellulite treatments. I always learn something new when I go in, the owners are friendly and genuinely interested in helping you feel better– more energized, balanced and refreshed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to take charge of their health and find alternative ways of feeling better immediately!

I had major upper leg pain for over 6 months from dropping a weight at the gym on my calf. The ladies at O2 Wellness suggested the VIBE machine. They thought my circulation could be the issue. AND PRESTO, after three treatments of 20 minutes on that machine and the leg pain is completely gone.
Drop in and visit, they have so many great benefits you have to see it to believe it.

Fabulous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! The atmosphere is relaxed while being introduced to a ton of services that you never new could benefit health! lol I’m pretty frugal, so the packages were the best bang for my buck :)

Vibing has helped core strength, posture, back pain, and circulation.
Infrared sauna was an incredible detox that was tolerable, unlike traditional saunas.
I have skin problems and like the previous review, the Kagan water helped also!
I always prefer small local business to corporate, and they always have new stuff to check out and learn about all the time. You can tell others benefit from the sevices because they continue to grow even in our current economy.: /​
Four stars because they only have one location, and some services I wish I could enjoy more but have a tough time fitting in my budget for now.

Bought a Groupon before I found out I needed to have a hip replacement and radiation for skin caner. I called them to set up an appt. to go in the last day of my Groupon and found out that I needed to speak to my Dr. before using anything. I asked for an extension on my expiration date and they would not even give me a few days. I have other Groupons with the same situation and those owners were more then happy to accommodate me. For a center that should be interested in health and continued business their actions have surprised me.

If you haven’t already headed over to 02 Wellness you HAVE to check it out. The people are awesome and you can feel unbelievable using the whole body Vibration machine and then add the Kangen water UNBELIEVABLE !!! Then to kick it up a notch add the Infrared Sauna OMG Heaven !!! THEN if you have the GUTS try the HCG Diet !!! On day three and I have lost 7 LBS and my Hubby has lost 10 LBS. Got to be committed though this is not for Wimps !!! This is my home away from home all the products in there are incredible too. I am in Heaven !!!

I was lucky enough to receive a gift card to O2-​Wellness for Valentine’s Day from my very sweet husband. I couldn’t wait to get in for our first visit and now I am hooked. I love the vibe machine. After the first use I slept better than I have in decades, it was incredible. We also did a foot detox that day, judging by the color of the water we needed it, ick!
Day three on the vibe was today. I came in with a terrible tummy ache and after 10 minutes it was gone. This is incredible because when I get a tummy ache it stays until the next day, every time. I can feel the vibe working on all sorts of muscles, including facial muscles. I am excited to see the results after a bit of time has gone by, since the 3 day results are already impressing me.
Later this week, mini-​face lift and the sauna, can’t wait.
Oh, and I should have mentioned this at the beginning, everyone at O2 is so knowledgeable and friendly. We just love Brenda! Thank you guys, see you tomorrow.

I just started three days ago with the vibration machine and have seen an improvement already. I’m sleeping better, have more energy, and greater flexibility.
I also did a foot detox. I think it actually helped get rid of my hangover!

Therapeutic Whole Body Vibration is something I am excited about and so glad to have O2 Wellness in town so that I can refer my friends and patients. I especially recommend whole body vibration to people with conditions that increased circulation is a benefit. Almost immediately you can feel targeted increases in blood flow to areas that need it. This can mean people with muscle soreness or injury right up to those with diabetes or Fibromyalgia. Like I said I am excited to see people get on this machine and see what it can do for them.

Best Detox!
I started with the Therapeautic whole body Vibration machine, then followed with the Ionic foot detox. The Vibration machine felt great! It left me with a tingling feeling and over. Later in the day my abs and legs were sore, almost like I went on a little run.
The foot bath was interesting. Distilled water was used, slowly the water started to turn a light orange color. As I sat, I read the benefits of this detox. About 20 mins later I looked down and the water was dark brown almost black. GROSS! I was a little tired afterward, and drank a ton of water. Felt great the next day.
The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. If you really want a great detox check this place out. They offer 3 free Vibrations, no strings attached. Just bought a month pass can’t wait to see my results at end of month.
