A bad experience. They did not meet timeframes or commitments, and did not finish the job. Constant excuses and delays and at the end bailed on the job after 50% was already paid!
I should have read the reviews about Tom as they are accurate. Friendly nice guy but does not communicate or meet agreed milestones, timeframes, and is not trust worthy. Do not use them!

We hired Tom Cook to redo our kitchen after a bad leak ruined our old ugly cabinetry. Boy did this turn out to be a blessing in disguise! Before hiring Tom, we talked to at least two other companies, but they didn’t seem to have all the details together. Tom put our minds at ease, and told us everything we’d have to do to prepare and get ready for not having a kitchen for awhile. Tom even repaired our old sink in the garage free of charge so we’d have something to use during the construction!
Tom, Jesse, and the rest of the crew worked really fast to put in the new kitchen, and were actually done sooner than I thought they would be! They were very considerate, and even tried not to make too much noise before my son went off to school in the mornings. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and if we need work done in the future, will definitely hire them again!

This company made a custom fit cabinet for us. We are happy about the end result. Very well designed and installed. 5 stars for this.
However, only 3 stars for the poor communication and broken promises. The agreed upon timeline was delayed, and some design details in the final draft were not as originally discussed. You may want to carefully review the final project before signing. Also, you may need to be patient with Tom as he is either forgetful or could be intentionally delaying projects because he takes too many orders to handle. Yes, Tom is nice, all smiles, and is very apologetic, but you may want to have all the key aspects of the proposed work in writing as he seems to forget what was discussed over the phone.
All in all, we got nice results, but were frustrated in the process. 4 stars overall.

Tom, the owner of the company is extremely reliable and friendly. When I took over my shop, we had a lot of problems regarding the setup, mainly the kitchen. Tom was there on every stage of the process, helping me, giving me ideas and making sure everything was PERFECT at the end. He truly cares for you and your business, and everything he designs will be customized and personalized.
My experience with We’re Innovative has been amazing. I definitely recommend their services.
