Rude employees and WTF! no restrooms for your customers? Its a convinience store, its not very convinient not to be able to use 1 of the 2 restrooms they have. They put a «storage» and«no restroom» sign on the doors.

I came here with hubby and daughter after we left the library. We got free medium slurpees per our 7⁄11 application on our cell phones. We entered and got our slurpee flavors which consisted of cherry, Coke, sour patch, cherry limeade and blueberry. I got a mix of cherry, sour patch and cherry limeade. Yum! Great for cooling off. When we got to the register to check out, the guy tells us it will be $ 1.45. Hubby and I were arguing with him telling him we are not paying if our slurpees are free per the application on our phone! He said he needed to have us pay and then we get it free. WTF? That wasn’t right. All the guy had to do was hit enter on his register for it to be free. This arguing went on for like five freaking minutes. We almost wanted to talk to the manager. I can’t believe we had to tell him that we are not paying him if we get it free. Free is free! After the stupid clerk figured it out, he rang us up with our free slurpees and we walked away! I’m never coming here again! I’d rather go to the 7⁄11 in Imperial Beach on 13th Street. At least they treat us nicer and give us our free slurpees!

When I first went here, I was so happy to find a new, clean store that promised they would always have decaf coffee available for my many trips there for our office. This worked only a few times, then they stopped making decaf and most of their other coffees. For the past several months, there are only 2 choices out of maybe 10 – 12 different options they offered in the beginning. And their new«carafe» system means that sometimes the coffee is hot, sometimes it is not so much. I spoke with the owner one day when he was at the store. He promised that they would always make coffee if you ask. Today, I went there at 9:30am to buy 4 decaf coffees and 2 dozen donuts/muffins for our office. No decaf. I asked the skinny white guy at the counter, «Could you please make some decaf?» He replied, «Not for about 10 minutes.» There were 2 people in line, and 2 employees at the counter, so it’s not like they were busy. I left, and went to another 7 – 11 a few blocks farther away where they always have ALL the coffees. I don’t think I’ll ever go back after being treated so rudely, and after experiencing a lack of coffee choices EVERY time I have been there.

Awful customer service. I will never go here again. Ran out of big gulp glasses on a 90 degree day, which I understand might happen. But… They wouldn’t even honor their advertised big gulp .99 deal with a smaller glass. Stupid. ZERO stars
