Horrible service. I have a fairly new refrigerator from Sears. Well the ice maker started to have problems. Not sure if the tray would not turn over but more water would come out and spill over the ice in the bottom tray and I would end up with one big block of ice. Water would also spill into the rest of the freezer and I would have ice all over my frozen food. They charged me close to $ 400.00 and initially it worked for a few weeks, then it started doing it again. I believe it was the water regulator. They came back and messed with it and it started working again. A few weeks later, it started to act up again. They told me it was my water pressure, it was to strong. I had to hire a plumber who told me the pressure was normal. They then would make an appointment with me, but would never show up. They did this 3 times to me. I know it is a lost cause and now I realize I lost $ 400.00. When I was told about the estimate of the cost repair, I went into shock, but technician told me it was cheaper that buying a new refrigerator. I agreed, but now I will probably need to buy a new refrigerator. I should have called Sears appliance repair, but I was afraid it would cost to much. Well I certainly learned a lesson. They should be ashamed of themselves for what they did to me. Do not hire them for any repairs. They are so expensive and don’t guarantee their work. I would like for the owner to call me but I know that it not going to happen.

I share the opinion that this company’s service is not excellent but the price they charge is apparently appropriate according to the quality of job they do. I’m actually satisfied with what I’ve paid for however not completely delighted.

Despite being 15 minutes late for the appointment made for 7p.m., I can’t say there was anything else that would cast a damp over me or any kind of that thing. I’m quite happy with my washer is functioning after they’ve repaired it and though I’d love to give them a motivation for making any improvements by giving them 5 out of 5, but to be objective, I should only give them ⁴⁄₅ which is fair enough.

Well this company actually seems to have some troubles in connecting with their clients via the phone, however they’re pretty good at repairing stuff, like a dishwasher I’ve had fixed recently, and I have absolutely no complaints on the job they’ve done. I’d prefer them to be more approachable but still, their job is not about answering phone calls & discussing stuff: it’s about repairing appliances which they’re not bad at.

If I could give this company negative stars I would! The company SERVIZ sent them out and let me tell you how SHADY they are! They never showed up when they said they would; said they were ordering parts, never did it, kept coming over to my house (speaking to one another in a different language) so no clue what they were saying… looked like they were not fixing anything just twiddling their tools around to make you think so. They didn’t show 2 times to appts made (waited around 2hours for them); the last time they said they would replace something that wasn’t fixed the first time for no charge, ha ha funny — they just decided to NOT show up. After several complaints they showed up — temporarily fixed the issue, then came back w/​the ‘part’ but what he really did was BREAK the issue again and said ‘it was a quick fix’ and left… I didn’t realize he broke It again for a few days later when the appliance was doing the same thing. This company needs to be closed down and reported — shady shady business! Sad they rip off people and waste peoples time and money! Don’t waste your time, your patience and your money with these crooks!

The microwave vent in our rental doesn’t work, we contacted our landlord to repair the issue. The home is still covered under a warranty so the landlord started the claim, this company was assigned to us by the warranty company. When we tried to set up an appointment with them to diagnose our problem they said they would be there between 3−6pm, we waited until 6:15 then called the company we got this response «we are scheduled to be there between 4 – 7 and it’s not 7 yet». 7:30 rolls around and I call them again the dispatcher said he doesn’t know what happened and will have the tech call me asap. I the tech calls and says he will be there by 9pm so I say nope! Don’t bother. I called the dispatcher again and asked for someone to be there 1^st in the morning which they did… They had to order a part… I called 2 weeks later to get a status update and was told by the dispatcher that the warranty company hasn’t approved the repair yet (even though I had an email saying it was approved) so I said ok let me now when it is so we can set up an appointment. I thought maybe they hadn’t gotten the approval yet so I’ll give it another week. I call them a week later wanting a status update and the guy said he called me and left me a message 2 weeks ago that the part is in and to call for an appointment… This company’s communication is awful don’t use them!

I called A to Z appliances May 5^th of 2015 to repair my stove. I was told that the part to have the stove fixed would cost $ 100 dollars and they would call me when the part arrived. A month went by without a call. Eventually, after making many phone calls to them, I was told that the part wouldn’t be coming and that I would be refunded my money. I waited another month but no refund check ever came. Now, every time I call to ask about my refund I get the run around. «Let me have someone call you back.» DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This company is really shady!

Really nothing redeeming about this company at all, they do nothing well in my experience. It seems the only thing keeping them in business is the fact that they are signed up with a home insurance company and must get guaranteed work from them. Avoid them unless absolutely necessary.

Horrible service! Please do not have them fix your appliances. I won’t waste your time explaining but it’s just shady business. They don’t trust you, and trust me, you won’t trust them either.

Not very happy. Tech came and with visual said repair to a recently refurbished washer would be $ 200 (replace pump). We asked him to actually check to ensure this was the problem and he did take it apart and confirm. Just think he should have done that to begin with and explained why and what was wrong.
